With over 20 years experience in massage therapy and over 800 hours of training, I offer professional, therapeutic massage, energy work, chinese cupping, raindrop, ayurvedic massage as well as organic, natural skincare in the comfort of your home. My approach is holistic. I use cold-pressed organic oils for your skin, therapeutic grade essential oils for your mind and all sheets are laundered in safe, hypo-allergenic detergents to ensure a completely healthy experience.

I have been a licensed, practicing massage therapist since 1995. I have studied various energy techniques such as cranial sacral and reiki. I have attended many massage workshops over the years. I have been studying ayurveda since 1996. I’ve been an ayurvedic therapist since 1998. I recently became a registered yoga teacher and I am completing my training to become a certified ayurvedic practitoner
