Ellen and Candy are great. They are great conversationalists, they are great at making you feel welcome and comfortable — all important. But not as important as the services achieving what you paid for. I bought several Groupons for laser hair removal for almost my whole body. I do understand that it’s not permanent, but it didn’t work at all. I stuck with all the sessions and I didn’t see ANY hair reduction. Like others on here, I was also slightly burned with the laser. i think the sessions were weaker as we went along, or maybe not as strong bc I didn’t pay full price (still plenty of money!) It was recommended to buy more packages and it may work. Well, I didn’t go back and I won’t go back for any services or product. I think I’ll stick to doctors.

Excellent knowledgeable and friendly staff and are willing to work with your budget. Will definitely be back! Ellen and Candy were awesome!

My husband and I go to Laser Med Spa for all of our needs whether it be facials, lasers, or whatever we are needing help with in regards to beauty. Ellen and Candy are the best! They truly care about people and are a blast to chat with as well. Very caring and giving people!

I realized the time had come to do something about my brown spots and tired looking skin. Cautiously I walked into this lovely office clean and organized. ellen took time to explain the process of photo facial. I was apprehensive so I asked can you do my hands first? Certainly let’s take some photos so you can see the change. Bingo great results ! My red head skin is clear of brown spots. Ellen took time with me .I have known many of her clients. 25 to 85 years of age for years. Because of Ellen we have fabulous healthy looking skin.

Ok so I originally wanted to do botox and contacted her and she said she would do my forehead and around my eyes for 500 dollars. She boosted that everyone tells her that her botox lasts for 5 to 6 months and she mixes it good and strong. It was almost obvious that she was just talking herself and product up to get my business. Initially the first couple weeks the botox seemed to be working and then after about a month it really just started going away. 2 months in and its completely wore off so I’d say yes she does have a special way of mixing it, to save herself money.
Now here is the part that really got me. Right after I got the botox she starts pushing the IPL photo facials on me. And I accepted so she scheduled me for the next week. She promised me there was no down time whatsoever, and said she’s been doing it a long time and very professional, this lady is a real good talker. Now have you in mind there is no dermatologist at the office and Ellen is no dermatologist just someone certified to run machines.
Anyways as she was doing the IPL facial one pulse burnt me so bad it left a 3^rd degree burn blister which indented my skin. She acts like its no big deal whatsoever and doesn’t even give me instructions to care for it and after 3 weeks I called when I was supposed to do my next and told them the burn isn’t healing and there is an indent from it. I come in so she can look at it and they basically just tell me keep out of the sun and keep sunscreen on it. They said they would call for a follow up next week to check on me and the healinh. Its been another 3 weeks with no call to check on me and the mark scar indentation is still there. I seriously will never go to another place that doesn’t have a dermatologist at the office because this lady will tell you anything to get your Money.

Fairly new to the desert, I was looking for an office to go to for my cosmetic needs-​I feel so lucky to have found Laser Med Spa! Candy, the receptionist is friendly, caring and knowledgeable, and Ellen, the RN, has a gentle and calming spirit that would put anyone at ease. The entire spirit of the office has great energy… Not to mention I LOVED the results of the Radiesse Ellen administered. An even better bonus is they are open Saturday’s. Very, very happy.

The BEST! I am very pleased and excited about the vela shape 3 (VS3). With one treatment, after a couple from the VS2, the VS3 is WAY — leaps and bounds — better! I can feel the warmth emit through my t-​shirt after my body contourist gave me a treatment. I already see some results from the VS2 but I’m confident that VS3 is going to take me the rest of the way. Try it y’all, at least one treatment, so you can make your mind up for yourself.

Ellen is amazing, and her receptionist was kind and helpful as well. Ellen seemed to care very much about my experience, and make it as comfortable as possible. A very competent and caring nurse. A very pleasant, clean office, but more importantly a friendly staff. The machines are very up to date. Sometimes I’m treated worse for being a Groupon customer, but I received the best care. Their Groupon offer is a steal. If you visit on Groupon, don’t forget to leave Ellen a nice tip!

Spent $ 1000 on laser acne treatment that they guaranteed would get rid of my acne after finishing treatments my face was exactly the same if not worse from more breakouts said it doesn’t work on everyone I would have liked to have known that before throwing 1k in the trash never going back for anything

I went to this medspa for laser hair removal. That staff are fantastic, so welcoming and polite. Candy is bubbly and remembers everyone’s name. She is a great asset to the business. Her and the owner seem to have a great working relationship and run a tight ship. With a beautiful office and a great location I do not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone looking for medspa services.

Candy & Ellen are amazing ladies! These are two very gentle and caring spirited woman. They are very knowledgable and made me feel comfortable the moment I walked into the spa. I have been to many different places (in various states) over the last two years and have had a variety of services (Botox, fillers, facials etc) and these ladies are among the top in the industry.
I had filler and Botox twice at the Laser Med Spa and both times had zero bruising and results were beautiful!

Yes I get Botox. I’ve been doing it for about 7 years now, and have been about a dozen different places, and I’ll honestly say this is the best place for botox I’ve been. Candy and Ellen are the greatest. Ellen is the RN, and she uses magnifying glasses to zone in on your wrinkles better. She also advised me against lip injections (something another location did not do, leading to a very fish-​like appearance). I also had the cheek injections for my wedding about a year ago, and they’re still going strong. With the amount we spent on the wedding photos, it was all worth it in the end.
Candy is the receptionist, and always remembers me. She is an absolute sweetheart. It took me a while to realize that spending money on yourself is always a good investment. Flawless skin gives you a polished appearance and the confidence to network.
To give you a good idea of Ellen’s work, this photo was during the wedding week in December. I’m «almost 40».

I went to Laser Med Spa for a Botox injection to my right eyebrow which droops slightly. The injection was obviously put in the wrong spot and now I have to use adhesive tape to hold my eye open!

A friend of mine found this place through an awesome Groupon laser hair removal deal for 6 sessions. We decided to do it together. I decided to get a Brazilian and added on my underarms. I am fair-​skinned with dark blonde hair.
When making the appointment, Candy was super friendly! Amazing customer service. They are open on Saturdays which are convenient because I am traveling from the Inland Empire.
Regarding the actual laser hair removal — I am a big baby! It does hurt. But Ellen uses numbing spray. She is friendly and makes the process as quick as possible. After my first session, I started to notice major thinning in spots.
I went every 6 – 8 weeks for each session. I just finished my 6^th session. I am not completely hairless which is to be expected. Because my hair is lighter, I knew it will take more than 6 sessions. I am considerably thinner though.
I am very interested in the photo facial for the freckles/​dark spots on my back. I will be back as soon as I can to check that out.
Ellen and Candy are friendly, professional, and knowledgable. I highly recommend them.

So I’m only going to talk about my experience with laser hair removal. I bought a groupon for I think 6 laser hair removal sessions. The first 2 sessions went well but on the third one I believe I had some burns. I told them and they said it was my fault for going out in the sun. Even though the only sun exposure I got was going from the spa to my car.
Well whatever, when I went to my 4^th session my burns were WORSE and extremely painful. I am a Hispanic woman, I have tan skin but am not that dark for me to get such bad burns. I was so embarrassed because you could still see it under my make up and I would have a lot of people ask me what was wrong with my skin!
I personally will not go back for any hair removal treatments. I would say if you have tanner/​olive skin this may not be the place to go. I wouldn’t know about their other services.

I have been getting Botox and filler for years all over the USA! Found the Laser Med Spa on Unilocal!The staff, Ellen and Candy are amazing and knowledgeable! Very clean, sanitary spa! Never thought I would be in love with a bunch of tiny pricks, haha, but Ellen has a way with the syringe that will turn your sagging Dali into a youthful, sweet cheeked Renoir. Subtle yet effective, smooth yet I still have movement. It’s like, perfect.
Seriously, I haven’t looked this good since college. Everyone just thinks it’s a new haircut… Shhhhh…
I’m hanging a stocking up for Ellen on my mantle this Christmas… And I’m a Jew! Seriously, it’s that good.
