Manager

Justin has more than 18 years of riding experience on dirt bikes, ATV’s, sport bikes, cruisers, and adventure bikes. Justin is a graduate of the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute and started working in the motorcycle industry at age 16 and has held several positions in service and parts.

He is customer oriented and looking to provide you with the best experience possible.

Joe’s is great. Owned by a really nice guy and run by good team. Everyone’s friendly and is willing to help. Great place for routine services, and any gear or parts they don’t have on hand can be ordered online at the shop.

Great staff. Alex is a great dude to have work on your bike. Joe is one of the most genuine guys and good at keeping your bike well maintenance if your a regular. The female cashiers are very patient for indecisive customers which I am haha awesome place would recommend to all local riders

Joe is super nice. He let me drop off my bike for a service job before the shop was even open. The convenient drop box for keys is perfect. He also offered to come pick me up at work and give me a ride back of need be.
I’m thankful to have an honest, customer service oriented individual take care of my 2015 Yamaha.

Nice and knowledgeable people. Trust their service and prices are fair. I have been there several times now. Only complaint is they always say they will call me in «a few days» when the part comes in. Weeks go by without a peep. I feel like I am having to work hard to give them my money and business. A bit unorganized but otherwise would recommend to a friend.

I’ve been a customer since they opened. They are very awesome people, very knowledgeable about product and motorcycles The prices are fair, the staff always is there to greet you with a smile. They helped me out many times when I had a flat Joe the owner helped me out when I had a flat when there about to close and need a tube plus mount and balance plus needed to go to work next day but had it all done within half hour I was stoked. We really needed a family oriented shop where they actually care about you and your bike. Thanks again Joe and your awesome staff you guys rock! Helmet and backpack fit great. See you again soon!

Had a wonderful experience here. Spoke to Joe about a client’s Vespa that refused to start. He was kind enough to come and retrieve it, went over it with a fine tooth comb, and returned it in pristine condition. He also rushed the job to ensure it would be delivered before my client arrived back in the desert. Wonderful service, great experience, very reasonably priced. Would be thrilled to do business with again. Happy to pass his card on to other motorcycle enthusiasts.

Knew this guy when he had a shop in Indio in the 80’s. His new shop is great. Takes time to build up inventory and he is well on his way. With so many shops shutting down, we need to support this one as best as we can. One of the best I’ve found.

I have now upgraded to a Suzuki drz400 s and had it safety checked and all set up by the guys at motorcycle stuff. Again perfect customer service and great recommendations on chain, sprockets and tires for the bike. I’m so happy with every visit that I can’t wait to go back and buy some new gear or just chew the fat on future upgrades. I get nothing back for giving these kudos, these words are from the heart.
