At Palm Desert Fireplace, we specialize in the sale of fireplaces, gas grills, pellet smokers, patio and mounted heaters, firelogs and firepit burners. The new lines of linear fireplaces can turn any home into a show piece! Our showroom is right on Highway 111 in Palm Desert, just East of Heather James Art Gallery. We also use Pride Piper Service & Repair (a local repair company) that services the entire Coachella Valley 5 days a week. They do our remote systems (installations), as well as grill cleanings.

History

Established in 1989.

Palm Desert Fireplace was founded in 1989 and was located on El Paseo. This location closed (it’s no longer on El Paseo) and the store is now located right on Highway 111, just East of Heather James Fine Art Gallery.

David Maddox started the business to offer better fireplaces and accessories to the general public, but when his Manager ran the business into the ground, David had to close the operation on El Paseo and we moved it to Highway 111. It now shares the location, and clientele, with Desert Fireplaces & BBQ’s!

Manager

Chris is the Manager at the store, and he will help you with all facets of the business, including fireplaces, firelogs, bbq’s, islands, patio heaters, etc. He is not new to the business, having had a chimney repair business prior to coming to us. Let him help you with whatever you need and he’ll see it through to the end!
