Where do I start… this place was a nightmare pretty much from the beginning. ill try and make it short and sweet for you…
First off, we all know that when you get to a certain age and quality of living is low, food is one of the most important things an older person has to look forward to. Fine dining? joke! The food is horrible. The owners are so cheap and buy the cheapest food possible there is no way for it really to be good. Thanksgiving dinner was practically inedible. If you look at their website everything is fabricated… fine dining? def. not. Vegetable garden? non existent. Activities and outings? Not one in a year. I tried to bribe one of the caretakers to take my grandma on a walk and they couldn’t even do that. The only reason we kept my grandma there so long was because of the relationship she formed with one of the caretakers who was more than amazing to her. Then after 8 months or so my grandmas possessions starting going missing. When we called the owner to discuss the matter he got super defensive and starting yelling at my mother. He said it wasn’t his problem and if I read the fine print in the contract they are not liable for loss and theft. Are you kidding me? All he had to say was «im sorry» or «ill look into it.» No compassion from people who’s middle name should be compassion. Not to mention that we were paying $ 45 a month. All their employees checks bounced every month and they only had one care taker on each shift for too many people. The accountant would call us a week early every month asking if they could have their rent check early to cover expenses. Completely unprofessional and this facility is what is wrong with the world today. I would not be able to sleep at night knowing my grandma was here for a second longer. We moved her the next day after the stealing incident. There are plenty of legit places in the Coachella Valley to house your loved ones, this place is not one of them.

Not a good place for seniors, bad business owners and they have rats and the food is horrible, my mother was very unhappy. Watch out for this place.
