For hitting balls it is great and the lessons I took from Robb were very helpful. It is real hit and miss on sales help. An example I tried to exchange a broken golf belt and did not have the receipt but had the receipt from an identical belt but the clerk would not budge. He needed training on customer service and had zero flexibility or say he was sorry. Watch the prices and sales as they change quickly. It’s a fun golf store but my 3 stars is for inconsistency. Another problem now is getting the prepaid golf lessons because they only have one part time golf pro who is booked out. But have fun with the merchandise and putting area.

We can without reservation give this store 5 stars for both stock and service. At many of their competitors you might be able to swing a club and some places not even that but here there are at least 10 bays(and 3 salespeople) all with computers and cameras to analyze your swing. What really was impressive was that we were going to buy a «preowned» $ 69 Driver and the sales Guy, Roman, was as nice to us as if we were buying a $ 400 driver. That is great customer service. This is a huge store and it is so nice to be able to try a club or putter from almost any manufacturer out there. Lots of cool accessories too and a very extensive collection of college logo stuff. While prices are not the lowest, we enjoyed the breadth of stock available to evaluate and try out.

The only thing to recommend this store is the huge selection of merchandise. But don’t expect friendly, helpful staff. A friend and I wanted to sign up for golf lessons. After waiting for assistance at the instructions desk. I had to practically tackle an employee to ask for help. And he kept walking while he was answering my question — clearly annoyed that I had interrupted what he was doing. When we did get someone to help, the employee was clearly more interested in selling us an over-priced low-end set of clubs than helping us sign up for lessons. We ended up setting a time the next day to get fit for clubs. When we showed up the next day, we were told the employee who was to help us called in sick. This happens and can’t be helped. But no apology and the employee lied telling us they tried to call to let us know, but they had never bothered to take our names and phone numbers the day before. The employee was uninterested and could have cared less about working with us to reschedule. Maybe if you’re a rich looking guy, the employeea wil pay attention to you. A couple of older, chubby women — not so much. We’re going somewhere else for lessons and clubs. And another annoyance — three whole racks of name brand men’s golf gloves but only ½ rack of crappy women’s gloves. Come on!

Huge store. It’s the size of Target. They have tons of women’s golfing accessories The selection of clothing is better than most. The clothes are hipper than a lot of the stodgy looking outfits. Every imaginable piece of equipment. They also have a decent size tennis section. The prices are moderate. The service very good too. I have never had a long wait here. They seem to always have sales going on too. Good deal.

This store is absolutely unbelievable! The fact that it’s an acre just blows my mind. The employees are really helpful, especially in the golf simulator. I was a little hesitant at first to ask to try it because I am not an avid golfer but they were very helpful and set me up and got me in the right clubs and even gave me a few pointers! The womens clothes section is great and they have a wide variety of things. They even have a tennis section! Overall it’s a great store and I will for sure go back for more golf clothes!

Excellent variety of goods. Salespeople seem to be competent, but not very friendly(don’t count on a smile).

This place is amazing, everything you could possibly need. I went in to shop for my boyfriend knowing nothing about what I was looking for. The staff was great and more than helpful. Ingold was fantastic. I bought a driver and an outfit. They even let me use a coupon from Golfsmith, which I accidentaly left at home.(Thank you Brian, the manager who let me use it anyway.) I can see why my boyfriend loves this place so much.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I went right to Pete Carlsons after I was done and spent over $ 600. If PGA superstore was nicer to me I would’ve spent more there. I will tell every person I know to not shop here. The manager was so rude and person at the counter treated me bad. I sure hope someone up above can make this store better because it could possibly be the worst golf store experience I’ve ever had in 20 years.

It’s a superstore. Everything imaginable for a golfer from golf equipment to golf clothing. I didn’t need clubs, but I’m always on the lookout for clothing. Plenty of clothing but no bargains. Macy’s this isn’t.

I went there to purchase a set of clubs but couldn’t find a salesperson. There was one person in the hitting bay but that was it. I went to the checkout and asked if I could have a salesperson meet me at the cobra section. Nobody ever showed up and I looked all around again. I then climbed on the rack to open the overhead cabinets looking for clubs I wanted. At last I found them and then had to pull out the clubs l wanted and all this time nobody ever showed up. I went to checkout and there is only one checker on a Saturday afternoon. As I looked around I could see there were very few customers. The whole thing started to make sense… Their sales are down, that is why there aren’t any sales people around. At the checkout the same person asked if I was helped and I told him the story. He apologies as if it’s his fault, nice guy. Bottom line is I bought the clubs only because I had a $ 250 gift certificate. The clubs were $ 599 and they were $ 499 at Pete Carlson but I had this certificate and I know I ain’t coming back so I bought them. My opinion is this store lacks customer service and you can get better deals elsewhere.

Huge selection of everything golf-related. Friendly, but poorly trained staff. Didn’t try the club maintenance shop. Won’t honor some store coupons — check with a manager first. Prices are higher than competitors along Highway 111. Local knowledge.

Just went here to get a set of irons. I’m not that good at golf and wasn’t really sure what I wanted. I was nervous about talking to a salesman because I assumed they would steer me towards the pricey stuff. I’m happy to report that my fears were totally unfounded. After working with me in one of their simulators, they recommended a very moderately priced set that was well within my price range. Not only that, but while working with me in the simulator, they gave me a ton of pointers, and the whole thing amounted to a free mini-lesson. Top-notch employees here. And ask for Frank, he really helped me out a ton. I will be coming here for all my golf-related needs from now on.

If you like big box discounted warehouse shopping this place is for you. Clean with lots of men shoppers testing equipment out. Disappointed because it is loaded in last years merchandise. If you want to find and purchase higher quality golf fashions that you will not see yourself coming and going in and the current season go to Lady Golf The Fashion House up the street.

This place is great! If you haven’t already been, go there today! As it recently opened, my first trip there was yesterday. The selection of gear is great. They have 15 – 20 hitting bays that are really well done with cameras and murals, etc, etc. Some of the hitting stations have hills, which looked odd but are cool. The putting green is big with every putter available. There were 10 people putting without any bumping in to each other. If they started a half way house or snack bar, people would go there as a destination and hang. If you’ve enjoyed Golfsmith out by COSTCO, you’re going to really be pumped when you roll into the Superstore. I’m sure everyone in the Dez will be jazzed by this place except Pete Carlson. I’d say oi’ Pete, who’s been great for years BTW, better focus on Tennis. Also, when cruising the floor, the people working there were asking if anyone needed help and were for the most part friendly.
