Very happy to have found RPM Desert Cities. I purchased an investment property in La Quinta, but not being from the area, I had a hard time marketing the property to the right people foe lease. John, Aaron, and Valerie were all extremely helpful in walking me through their opinion of the market and getting me set up with the right pricing and advertising. We had the property leased in less than a month after 3 months with little to no interest. They spearheaded the interactions with the not only the tenant, but with the HOA, security, and several vendors as well. There was little required involvement from me, which is exactly what I needed. So far I’m very impressed with their services.

For many years I’ve managed my one and only rental property in Palm Desert. After having to go through an eviction with my last tenant I was done and considered getting professional help. The house was a wreck and I was overwhelmed with all of it. John at Real Property Management came in made major repairs, cleaned, painted and got my cute little house back into shape. This management company is one of the honest companies in property management. They go above and beyond the call of duty and treat your property like it is there own. The staff is great to work with and are very helpful when you have concerns of any kind. They make it easy to have a second home and rent it with no problems on my end. I like that I can go on the computer and see my statements at anytime and really do a great job all in all. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of renting their property with no worries.
