Sense is a «from scratch» style restaurant and bar. We don’t have a freezer or a microwave. All of our beef is natural, all of our seafood is wild, and all of our produce is organic. Sense is a modern restaurant and bar offering something for all tastes and price ranges. From classic dishes to haute cuisine Sense is IT! We keep the bar open until 2am and serve the entire menu late into the night for locals and tourists alike. We offer an extensive by the glass wine list with many organic, sustainably grown, and biodynamic wines as well as a large beer selection with organic choices as well. We also have a full bar offering several organic liquors as well. Sense is a taste of the big city in this small town.
History
Established in 2011.
Sense opened in January 2011. The restaurant is owned and operated by Ben Nance, Andrew Dye, and Chef Robert Douglas.
