For over 20 years Dr. Greenberg has specialized in non-​surgical elimination of any varicose or spider vein on the legs, hands, face, and chest.

Among the procedures that Dr. Greenberg has mastered over the years is Smartlipo, a tremendously popular alternative to surgical liposuction. Smartlipo permanently reshapes specifically designated areas of the body (arms, abdomen, thighs, etc.) in a few hours. The procedure melts away inches and tightens skin in one office visit, with significantly less downtime and side effects than traditional liposuction. Skin and facial treatments include Fotofacials to reverse sun-​damage and uneven skin tones; Pelleve, which results in smoother, tighter and younger-​looking skin without any pain, injections or surgery.

History

Established in 2001.

In 2001 Dr. Sanford Greenberg opened The Vein Doctor Medical Group in a 900 square foot office on El Paseo Drive, in Palm Desert. Within a year, the practice outgrew its original space. Ten years later The Vein Doctor Medical Group, Inc. has evolved into a full-​service organization led by a team of physicians and aestheticians dedicated to the notion that beauty and good health are more than skin deep.

Dr. Greenberg has been treating veins since 1992 and all of The Vein Doctor physicians are fully trained in the exclusive VeinCure Method, specializing in the treatment of varicose and spider veins. Dr. Greenberg is board certified in phlebology, a new designation of the American Medical Association that highlights vein specialty. The Vein Doctor has performed over two million vein-​injections and more than 10,000 Endovenous Laser Treatments (EVLT’s), a non-​surgical alternative to vein stripping. The Vein Doctor serves as the National Laser trainers for physicians across the country.
