For the most reliable service. I’ve used other transport companies in the Palm Desert area and none of the competition compares to Marks transport service! Called Mark on multiple occasions he got me a ride right away no questions asked .The car was gorgeous and Marks staff (Candace) was on point. I would highly recommend Vans & Sedans for all your transport needs.

These guys always transport you in style. They are usually early to pick up. Fun to ride with and easy to do business with. A great way to get to the airport and less expensive than the taxi.

We booked a 14 passenger Van from Vans and Sedans to transport us from our wedding venue to another location for pictures. I wasn’t expecting more than just a ride, but our driver Mark went above and beyond for us! We were taking photos in the desert and Mark did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable-​including pouring us cups of water during the photos, and making sure that even our photographer and videographer stayed hydrated. They were equally impressed with him and had never met a driver as amazing and helpful as Mark! I think at one point he was even holding my bouquet for me while I did pictures without it.
Mark, thank you again, you were so helpful and if we ever have transportation needs again in the Palm Springs area you will be the first one we call!

Mark (the owner) & Luis (our driver) were great. I sent an online inquiry & received a prompt response from Mark. He was quite charming on the phone. I mistakenly confirmed via text vs. email & only realized the error the evening my group was to be picked-​up. After texting/​calling Mark, he had a driver (Luis) to pick us up within 30 minutes. Whew! Luis was great. Poor thing, it was his first night on the job & I’m afraid we may have hazed him mercilessly. (Imagine 5 women on a girls night out celebrating our 50^th birthdays!) None-​the-​less Luis was a trooper. What a great service. We were so thankful to have Vans & Sedans (& Luis) driving while we celebrated! I definitely recommend their service. (We had the «limo-​van». Very comfortable for 5 people.)

In an effort to pan for a breakaway day from our conference in dessert springs, I contacted several local companies looking for advise and guidance on what to do. Sharon and Marc were the only ones that regardless of what direction I was going, they were interested in making sure I was going to have a good time and be happy whether or not they were the ones providing me the service. I was treated as if I was a relative coming to town to visit. What Sharon and Marc demonstrate in customer service and hospitality is exactly what the rest of the service industry has lost. I wish them much continued success.

Put together a lil spa weekend with the gals from work & decided to class it up with a ride to the casino each night. After reading the other reviews and phoning a few other car services, I found Vans & Sedans to be not only the best priced, but also had the best reviews of the others in town. Mark was super accommodating and flexible with our schedule & plans and even suggested a place that we might want to have dinner out.
I can’t say he’s much of a photographer, (see pics, LOL!) but he definitely went above and beyond for us, and we truly appreciated his attention & service.

The Bacchus Beauties

We booked Vans and Sedans for our wedding this past weekend to act as a shuttle between the hotel where guests were staying and the venue. They were so friendly, accommodating and willing to work within our budget. They were the only service willing to not charge us for the 4 hours in between pick-​up and drop-​off, which was extremely helpful. Sharon put up with our constantly changing plans, gave us suggestions on booster seats for kids, and did not kill us when we asked to add a second car hours before we needed them. The drivers were on time and amazing! They kept us in the loop as to what they were doing. And when one of our guests left her phone in the car, the driver immediately noticed it and got it to us. Sharon followed up the next day to ensure we were happy with everything. We couldn’t have been happier with Vans and Sedans! It is apparent that they are a family owned and run company, as they actually care about personalizing their service. Our driver even mentioned how much she loved working for them! I gladly will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a car service!

What a wonderful company! I managed to make it to my flight on time, alone, with 5 giant suitcases and a 1 year old in tow. I gave them the wrong callback number, which caused some confusion, but they were really nice about it even after I crazily tried to blame them for it. Oh boy. I will be using this service for all of my desert transportation needs in the future.

I just asked the front bellman at the Westin Rancho Mirage to arrange for a cab to dinner later that night. Was I ever lucky to get Vans and Sedans and especially my driver, Candace C.
She waited for us, texting when she arrived staying to take our time. From that night, I booked her for the next night and for a trip to the airport. Punctual, a variety of cars and pleasant. You can easily pay by credit card in the car. I’m not a paid spokesman, just a usually skeptical guy that had an easy time entertaining clients thanks to Candace.

Can’t recommend these guys enough! My self and 13 other friends spent the weekend in Indio for Coachella and these guys took better care of all of us than I ever anticipated. Fun drivers. Comfortable cars. and affordable enough for even a college student. You would be foolish not to give these guys a call!

I have been attending Choachellafest for many years now. Getting to and from the event has always been a big hassle. I called Vans and Sedans and they were amazing. They were on time and incredibly professional. I absolutely loved my driver. He was helpful, engaging and very informative about the local area. If you are out in Palm Springs, it’s the only number you need to know to get you to where you want to go.

The best car service in town. We had 4people in our party with lots of luggage. Peter was there waiting on us at the airport with a sign with our name on it. My children recognize the sign and said,” Wow, I like this guy, he knows we are in town.” During our time in Palm Springs, we called on their service several times. By the end of our trip, we felt like we have been knowing Peter and Jenny for years. Thanks Again Vans and Sedans for your professionalism, promptness, and friendliness. The price and the service was very affordable.

What a class service from receipt of the call to drop off. Punctual, a nice drive and a real clean cab, don’t you just like a clean cab? Top it off by a fun non intrusive driver that would give any cab driver a run for their money on general knowledge, with a smile and a good attitude. I highly recommend this company what a breath of fresh air into the desert.
