what a colossal waste of time so unprofessional. waited three weeks for an appointment. Then the nurse took 15 seconds to tell us oh we won’t do those at your age. When asked why they didn’t tell us that on the phone they said oh a call center makes our appointments sorry you took a day off sorry you took a couple days off sorry you came all the way over here what a waste of time and PS she gave us a business card for another provider! so, which is it???
we called two more places and they were appalled! Blessing in disguise I guess — if the provider herself has no confidence perhaps we dodged a bullet!
and the provider LIED about the call center — when we called back, the receptionist said it depends on the consult ! DISHONEST! just say: I am incompetent, please leave

This place was great ! Had some sun damage removed same day as consultation, then had back cyst removed by one of the PA’s, Tara. Totally painless, professional, efficient and friendly. I had a terrible experience with another dermatologist very close to this office. So glad I found them !
