Criminals. I had out of state tags and parked in a strip mall parking lot to walk across the street to a tourist attraction. Obviously didn’t know where we were. I looked all around to see if there were any «parking for customers» or any kind of similar sign. There were none. When my car was towed and I had a better look at the empty parking lot, there was a one sign at the entrance that said «unauthorized vehicles will be towed.» Well what made me «unauthorized?» It was a strip mall! The only thing I can figure is what another reviewer said, they pay local businesses to watch the parking lot and just tow cars. And there isn’t anything you can do, except pay the ridiculous fee!!! I hated even giving them one star. Wish zero was an option!!! CROOKS. If you need a legitimate tow truck for car trouble, save yourself some headache and give your money to a respectable company. I.e., ANYONE else!

I could add to the above review, but it would only be worse then what they wrote. He is a scumbag if u have ever meet one.

Worthless creeps, they pay the lot owners to call them, then damage my vehicle and when it brought it to the «driver’s» if that’s what you want to call the creep, tried to blame me when there is NO mention of damage on the road service report, yes I didn’t see the tow zone sign and am guilty of parking where I shouldn’t have but then to have an unqualified driver tow my vehicle and damage it and to argue about the fact that it was damaged already but didn’t mention it on their road service report … well they are full of crap and blatantly lying! If you value your vehicle DONT allow this worthless company hook up to your vehicle because they WILL damage it, they aren’t qualified to be on a moped littlelone a tow truck

Just noticed today, this piece of crap outfit also damaged my center console when they popped out the cap that covers the shift lock release so he could roll it into a space up against the fence, there is NO way it could have been rolled into the space with the vehicle in park, it would of had been in neutral, the rear of the vehicle was up against the fence, they are pieces of crap BE CAREFUL and do not use them for anything, I wouldn’t even let this lousy outfit wipe a dead bug off my windshield, I wish I could give them 0 stars, one is to good
