Established in 1990.

A Pet Spa Grooming is a family owned business established in 1990. The first location was in Oldsmar until 2001. After closing the storefront, A Pet Spa went mobile for several years before finding it’s home in beautiful Palm Harbor in 2009. We have been tucked away in the Fountains Shopping Center for over 5 years and is the perfect location for owners to bring pets their pets for a spa day! Due to the long-​time experience of the owners and staff, A Pet Spa has established itself as the leader for superb quality dog and cat grooming services. Our emphasis has been to provide a safe and clean environment for dogs and cats and exceed customer standards in grooming.

We took our two shih tzus in today and we got back entirely new dogs! We recently moved to Florida and our little Bandit is very feisty so we were worried about how he would react to a new groomer but Amanda did such an incredible job. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can really tell that every person there loves their job and loves the animals. Thank you so much!

So my cat needed a bath, but where to take him? Most grooming salons only cater to dogs. Then I found this place.
The location is a little tricky but easy enough to find once you’ve been in. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It’s not a large shop, but that makes it a more intimate experience/​environment, and I’m ok with that.
I’ve taken both my dogs and my cat in. They did a great job on all and didn’t have an issue with my precise preferences. All of the animals were relaxed and happy when we arrived to pick them up.
This is now the only place I’ll take my Scottish Fold kitty to be groomed before shows.

After moving to the area, we tried several local groomers — all with very disappointing results. We had started to drive back to our groomer in the Orlando area just to avoid the stress we experienced with a couple of the area grooming salons. We decided to try A Pet Spa and we were absolutely thrilled with the results! They take excellent care of both of our girls and they have looked adorable each time they’ve been groomed. The team really takes the time to listen and they clearly care about the dogs. We would highly recommend this salon!

I have been going to the pet spa for over 10 years, before Christine ever move to their new location. Christine and Lisa are the best. We have three dogs and they have always groomed them, we &the dogs consider them family. I would never take our dogs anywhere else. We moved away and still take the dogs to the Pet Spa. They are great and very accommodating.

This is a wonderful Pet Spa!!! The grooming staff truely loves the doggies that come in. The products are top notch quality and turn your stinky fur baby into a fresh smelling clean and happy doggie. My Toby is on the splash and dash program and it helps save time and my lower back because he gets a bath, blow dryed and brush once a week for a great monthly fee. He cant wait to get inside to be pampered!!! If you are looking for an extended family setting for your pet this is the place!!! You won’t be disappointed!

Love this groomer, absolutely the best! I have 3 dogs I routinely take to here for grooming, always, always friendly service. They are very kind to the dogs and take great care of them. I tried several groomers before finding A PET SPA and I will always keep them here. The owner is very caring, keeps notes on each dog and knows what they are afraid of or what they need to make them a little more comfortable and is always accommodating and gentle, especially with our blind dog who needs a little more care. They really care about pets, and it shows in the service you receive and their care with each dog, cannot say enough great things about this place!

Had a WONDERFUL experience here with my two Great Danes. The groomers are so sweet and caring, you can tell they really love animals! And they brush your pup’s teeth for free on your first visit! We are definitely loyal customers now :)
