This company does not honor the prices that you are quoted over the phone even if you give them all the measurements, etc… We had a horrible experience and were treated very unprofessionally. I wouldn’t even give them one star if I could just give zero. Beware of Bait and Switch.

I closed my business and I had some leftover building materials stored beside my home that needed to go. I called 1−800-Got Junk to help me. What a great company! We had an appt for Saturday but they called Friday and said they had some time if I wanted. They arrived just as they said and quickly went to work getting the job done. They worked their butts off and I was happy to pay them a fair price for their service. You can call some no name guy to come out but you will not get clean, personable, honest guys like these guys, you will get what you pay for! Call 1−800-Got Junk, Ask for Ron and Kirk! What a team. We needed to clear out a large space and were trying to separate trash from a donate pile, becoming completely overwhelmed! We remembered seeing the 800-​Got-​Junk trucks around so I went online and reserved a time. The next day I got a confirmation phone call and Ron & Kirk came to pick everything up! These guys are great, very helpful, professional and we will definitely be using them again!!!

I had a huge TV to move out of a cabinet so I googled how to get this done. I am a small female with too few men around. 1−800-got-junk magically appeared. The 2 gentlemen that arrived to do the job came early and were very pleasant. They carefully moved my things out of the way and quickly got the job done. My only wish was that they had brought shoe covers and also had placed a tarp or something on my newly cleaned carpet. In general it seamed worth the $ 109.00.

Jerome was fabulous. Very hard worker and quick. He cleared out the garage in no time. Then I found that there was a big desk in the house that needed to be removed. He had no issue in taking it. We actually moved it out to the street and he came back and picked it up.

Thank you to Jerome who removed all the junk from the previous owner of our Indian Wells property. Bulky yard pots, old bricks and fountains, old mattresses and mountains of trash bags all gone thanks to Jerome! He called to let me know when he was coming and he was exactly on schedule!

Many thanks to Ron and Jerome for their awesome service removing our old stuff from our Palm Desert property. Ron and Jerome both had trucks which turned out to be needed. The two of them handled everything professionally and without complaint, even though it was 106 degrees. This is the 4th time I have used 1 800 Got-​Junk and they always take care of business.
I would not hesitate in making a strong recommendation. Even one of our neighbors was impressed and asked for a card.
