I cant possibly think why this place would have anything less then three stars. I am a little late on my review as we stayed here in January, but we are actually booked to come back in the next few weeks, which shows how awesome our stay was.
First off the service, Our front desk servers were awesome and gave us the room we asked for. The Top middle room overlooking the courtyard (I love scenery) they were welcoming and provided us with everything we needed. The only reason I have to knock off a star is the parking. It fills fast, there isn’t enough parking to be shared between the hotels.
Next the room, Clean, modern, and comfy. However, if you are a bath person there aren’t any baths in the bathroom (we didn’t care) Everything was so comfortable. As we are in our 20’s palm springs doesn’t have a lot to do at night, so we grabbed a pizza, whipped out the uno and watched movies. It was perfect.
We are excited to go back!

I booked the 7 Inn & Suites on an impulse, for quick weekend getaway. I did not choose wrong! I was easily able to find the hotel. The décor is bright and energetic and very inviting, as was the gentleman at the front desk. After the long drive, I was happy to see a plate of cookies at the front desk! A very nice touch. (Ha Ha fat boy status) I was checked in quickly and was given room 120. I liked the room. It’s location is very private, it’s at the end of the building and only shares one wall. It boasted a kitchenette with an appropriate size refrigerator, that actually worked! The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept like a log! However that could’ve been the many margaritas I had.lol. The room has its very own very private patio to smoke or lay out. They have a nice 4ft pool and a large jacuzzi. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Definitely coming back!

Besides the fact that we arrived at 2pm and it was 113 degrees outside and the power was out throughout the hotel… it was still a nice place with an even better location. I heard that this blackout is something that recurs, but I can’t say as I have only stayed here once. Definitely affordable and less expensive than comparable hotels in the area. I would still recommend it.

Such a lovely hotel, friendly staff and super clean.
It doesn’t have a bar or restaurant but it has a pool and jacuzzi and very spacious rooms and comfortable, clean beds.

I’ve stayed here multiple times throughout the past couple of years. It’s one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I want a stay-​cation (me being a local and all). Even throughout season here in Palm Springs, this is one of the hotels with the best rates and its just quirky and beautiful. (You definitely get more bang for your buck!) Just this past weekend, my fiancé and I had reserved a room there for his parents. I called earlier than check in to see if it was possible we could arrive earlier and it was all ready for us! Upon checking in, we were also informed that the room has been upgraded by the GM and we had the only room with its own personal hot-​tub! Jessica at the front desk was most helpful from beginning to end and we want to thank the GM for being so kind as to upgrade the room for free, which made the experience even better than I anticipated. I’ll continue to stay here in the future and will always recommend to friends and family. Keep up the good work! :)

Overall clean and cozy little getaway for my husband and I. Here are my pros and cons.
Pros:
— Friendly staff. The people in the lobby helped us with a smile.
— The location was perfect for us.
— I appreciated that there was a large fridge and kitchenette! We didn’t use it, but it was a nice touch.
— The a/​c unit worked great for a wall unit. Kept the entire room cool.
Cons:
— When we put the maid service sign on we came back and the bed was made (great!) but trash wasn’t taken out and our towels were gone… even the ones that hadn’t been touched. They just took the towels and left us with nothing. Odd.
— There was a huge crack in our sink, the drain in our shower was rusty and the bath seemed to have a white adhesive over the bath area to cover up some (probably) unsightly stains???
— Pool area is small and outdated.
— The large jacuzzi should’ve been made into a smaller pool, instead of a huge jacuzzi… I guess not really a con, but more of a preference.
— The door to our bathroom hit the door of our fridge, there was even a dent in the fridge door that aligned with the bathroom door knob (not by us).
Overall we had a great vacation and a cozy night’s rest. Probably won’t be staying here again though, we’ve stayed in really cute hotels here and would probably get something better for the same price.

I like this hotel but there is one big minus is that room # 236 no curtains in the bedroom and I believe that it is urgently necessary to correct since the very early and the sun is shining on the lovers of sleep is very much in a rush to be !!

Great place! Love the open air concept with the rooms, and it’s small place so you don’t feel too crowded. The staff here is wonderful. My brother had an accident while we were here and we had to stay extra days, the staff was super accommodating. Love the outside spaces, fountains, hot tubs, pool.

California isn’t a strange place to me as my parents have been bringing me to this gigantic state for vacays since I was a baby but I’ve never ventured to Palm Springs before and I was afraid to stay in the desert. I found this place on Unilocal about 4 – 5 months in advance from our actual stay because I knew it would get booked fast since others would be going to Coachella like us. The swanky décor immediately sold me and the amount of bed spots that were advertised online (originally 6 of us were going to stay but there were 5 in the end).
When we arrived I was afraid of parking but we got lucky 2 out of the 3 times we needed to park the car and only on Saturday night we had to find street parking but we still weren’t too far away. The customer service was awesome and had no problems getting extra towels although some were stiff hard. The room was clean and having the 2nd floor junior suite was perfect, no people walking by and we could enjoy our balcony in peace. The rest of the place was definitely quiet during the evening hours, a surprise since it was Coachella weekend. No pool parties and partying by the outdoor couches like we expected.
The king bed was perfect for 3 of us girls, we didn’t even use the pull out sleeper sofa. Our other friends slept on the Queen in the separate room and we made great use of our kitchen, stopping by Costco before we made it our home for the weekend.
I would definitely stay again if I had to!

I loved my experience here
Pros:
The place was small and quaint and wasn’t very busy (mid-​April).
The customer service was great.
I enjoyed the pool areas with lots of tree cover.

For the price, I loved that I got a full kitchen and was able to cook every day I was there. The room was clean, but a bit chemical smelling. The great thing was the oversized Jacuzzi and warm pool. The only other thing I didn’t like was the front desk was stigey when I asked for extra towels/​shampoo. Affordable for the ammenities and for being a suite.

I like the coziness and ambience of this hotel, it had cute couches with fire pits outside, a nice heated pool (84 degrees), and 2 jacuzzis (1 very lg. jacuzzi). The hotel was moderate in cost (an avg of $ 180/​nt w/​taxes for a Sat/​Sun night stay). But I didn’t sleep well 2 out of the 2 nights I was there! The a/​c unit is right by the bed, kind of noisy, and runs all night to keep the room comfortable. It also dries out the air so the whole night my mouth and nose were dried out, like I was dehydrated. My main complaint is I think the bed is too soft and cushy, I usually like a firmer mattress. The mattress we had had no support. I didn’t like the pillows either. I asked the housekeeping mgr if they had any rooms with firmer mattresses and he said no, all the bedding throughout the hotel is the same (the hotel has 52 rooms). Currently writing this post as I watch a 52’inch Samsung HDTV in the living room of our room. I’m not a person to be picky about rooms and I’ve been to places where conditions were really bad but I got to say, in Palm Springs, this is one of the nicer places I’ve stayed at.
The pool area is a bit small but the fact is, they have a pool so got to be grateful about that right? The spa pool is a big bathtub of fun! It is spacious and super relaxing.
This place is most suitable for couples! If you have a big group it is best to meet outside in the lobby area where they have a huge outdoor living room style meeting area but most of the rooms are limited to have group meetings and events.
Overall, nice spot, no complaints.
The counter (cashier, host) are super friendly.

This place is an amazing little hotel! If you don’t like the chain hotels and just like to chill in a nice spot with plenty of places to lounge around then this place is for you. Got the room super cheap the day before we were going on Easter weekend. Super clean, pool is open until midnight, lobby is open until 2 am. One and only downside: the walls are paper thin and if the person above you had heavy feet then good luck sleeping.

We booked this spot for our Palm Springs getaway, the location was perfect! Walking distance to downtown. We booked a room with a kitchenette and it was absolutely cute! Dishes, silverware, glasses, plates everything included! The furniture was modern, the beds are comfy! The fire pits and jacuzzis outside we’re classy and a great touch! I highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway!
However the walls are very thin we can hear our neighbors conversations and they weren’t even talking very loud.
Also they held a $ 100 deposit when checking in that we were unaware of and they didn’t have a lot of parking spots. If you get back to your hotel late you may have to park on the street down a ways.
The coffee in the room wasn’t very great, I would recommend them upgrading their coffee machines since this place is modern already.

exactly 30 minutes later. The reservation was a «no fee — refundable» type. But 10 minutes after the cancellation verification was emailed to me, the hotel charged my debit card $ 131. I immediately called the hotel and asked to have my money refunded. That was on 2÷10÷16, and it’s now 2÷15÷16 and they still have my money, despite two more calls to the hotel, including when the front desk clerk HUNG UP on me this morning. Now I’m having to file a complaint with my bank to get the charge reversed, which will take a while to get resolved. According to Trip Advisor reviews, I’m not the only customer with this complaint. I’ve also left two messages with the manager’s voicemail, with no response. Beware!

Wow… what a nice suprise… for the money… the location… the property/rooms…overall presentation done well… friendly staff and helpful… but everything has a flip side… my only concern is in the details… something the management could do is take a look at the landscaping. …the fix is easy… stop watering… the plants are drowning and over pruned. plus it’s time for them to go… and be replaced with desert plantings… much cooler on trend look… the lawns and plams are nice but everything goes… see pics… finally put the friendly staff in uniforms… the hotel needs a stylist… I. can help…

I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a deluxe room with a mini kitchen that included a small fridge, over/​range, and microwave as well as various kitchen utensils and pots to cook with.
Our room featured a 55″ Samsung led HDTV and a Sony DVD player which was very nice. Bluray would have been better but rarely do you ever find this nice of a TV in your hotel. We noticed other rooms didn’t have as nice of a TV and some even featured full size fridges so it seems there is variance in what you will get.
The bed was very comfortable. Some of the room design and artwork was a bit unusual though we still found the place to be cozy. The bathroom seemed way too small and was a tight squeeze every time. A nice giant closet stretched along one of the sides of the room providing ample storage and area to hang clothes.
The 2 pools and jacuzzi were nice but we hated that we had to check out pool towels from the lobby every time and then return them back directly to the lobby.
Parking was horrible really but I guess thats pretty common with this area. We always managed to get decent spot but many had to walk a distance to get to the hotel.
Overall I would definitely stay again and recommend this place to our friends.

The worst experience with this hotel ever!
I told them I was arriving late — after 2:30am when they close they lobby. They said that was fine and when I arrived that night at 2:45am nobody was there. I couldn’t get my keys to the room or get into the room. I was stranded. Screwed.
I took a taxi to 5 other hotels in the middle of the night. All were booked and finally found a horrific one Motel 6 to stay in instead.
What’s worse — they didn’t refund my money and neither did Expedia. So I paid them and didn’t get to ever enter the room.
Awful!
