Very impressed with AM/​PM Shuttle Service. Arrived 30 minutes early which was just fine. Very polite and helpful driver. Daisy was amazing

Used AM/​PM for the first time. Daisy set me up by phone for transport from Palm Desert to PSP on a Saturday morning. I didn’t receive my written confirmation as soon as I expected, but Daisy remedied that after a follow-​up call from me. Seems a mistake was made with my e-​mail address. Eric arrived half an hour early, and I rushed out of the house forgetting my phone charger. Eric offered to return home to retrieve it. Arrived in plenty of time for my flight. I will definitely use AM/​PM again. Van was very clean and experience overall very positive. Eric mentioned that reservations can be made online. I’ll try that method next time.

I can’t say enough good things about your service! Eric was at the airport when I arrived after a VERY stressful day. He was pleasant and helpful. He made me feel relaxed and back in control. Daisy was amazing in the office. I explained the family emergency I was facing and she was helpful and friendly, explained everything, gave me numbers to call if there was a problem. It was a pleasure speaking directly with a «human» and not a machine. Best of all, the ²⁴⁄₇ AM/​PM offers is a God-​send and the fare was remarkable, so affordable. I will certainly be using AM/​PM in the future!

These guys are fantastic. On my trip to the airport the driver failed to find my house twice but still arrived on time. On my trip back my flight did not arrive until 3:30am but their driver was there waiting for me as chipper as can be. Thank you for your great service. Talk about on time! They said they’d be 15 minutes early and that is EXACTLY what they were. Clean vehicles and courteous drivers. Definitely a satisfied customer!
I almost forgot to mention the excellent communication as my scheduled rides approached. Emails and texts kept me assured that they were on top of things.

I regularly use AM PM Shuttle for drop off and pick up at the Palm Spring airport. Everyone from the reservationist to the drivers is friendly and efficient. They are also less expensive than the competition. The cars are not luxurious, but I will choose friendly and professional over flashy any day.

Unreliable, I was quoted one price then one day before the scheduled retreat in La Quinta they raised the transportation $ 500,unbelievable

Excellent initial communication via email, called and booked a ride from our home in PD to PSP, driver was 15 minutes early (greatly appreciated), car was very clean, temperature nice and cool inside, great driving skills too.
We would definately (highly) recommend this company and this serviced worked much better than a traditional taxi cab.
After we were dropped off I actually called the company to let them know how happy we were, and we were told with their pickup service at the airport they have the driver meet you inside with a sign and help with luggage. We’ll be sure to use that.

I cannot say enough good things about AM/​PM Shuttle Servie. I travel in and out of Palm Springs airport weekly and they have provided my transportation for over a year. They are always friendly and early to pick me up at my home. The cars are always clean nice. This is such a better deal than a normal taxi, I would not think of using anyone else.
Eric is my favorte driver, he is great and always gets me to the airport on time and safe. Daisy, who answers the phone is always professional and happy to hear from me. I have recommeded AM/​PM to many friends that travel in and out of PS airport and they have been happy as well.

Called about 1 ½ hours before needing to be picked up in Indian Wells to be taken to the Palm Springs airport. Our driver arrived about 25 minutes early, called and told us not to hurry but he was available whenever we were ready. The car was clean, the driver was pleasant, and the ride was uneventful. We had a great conversation. The best part was the price was lower than a taxi. I highly recommend am/​pm shuttle service!

We called AM/​PM to take us from La Quinta to PSP Airport after seeing their reviews here on Unilocal.They called me the night before my flight to confirm, and their driver arrived 15 minutes early which was a really nice touch that we appreciated. Since there were two of us, they sent a nice TownCar which was perfectly acceptable. They charged me way less than a cab and I gave the driver a nice tip. The return experience a week later was just as good!
Since these guys demonstrated they are reliable and consistent, I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to family and friends.

Read alot here about AM/PM’s cheaper prices but unfortunately that wasn’t our experience. A ride for 6 people from central Palm Springs to a popular restaurant (El Mirador) was $ 40. Coming back, we hailed a street cab and it was $ 8 on the return.
DON’T assume you’re getting the lowest price here — these guys will try and price gouge based on their initial impression when you call in … beware.

Found these guys off an internet search for Palm Springs airport shuttle and turned out to be an excellent choice for transportation from Indio to PSP airport with relatively short notice — we called them Monday morning after Stagecoach for an early afternoon pickup and there was no problem with accommodating.
Price was very reasonable compared to a cab ($ 80 estimate) or a towncar ($ 125 estimate) — we paid $ 65 + tip here. Not sure if I would have found cheaper options had I called elsewhere and got quotes, but $ 65 seemed reasonable enough considering this was the first place I called and they could do a pickup with just a few hours notice.
Driver was almost 40 minutes early but made it clear that we wouldn’t be charged extra for the waiting and that he would wait for us till scheduled pickup time. We paid cash but their website indicated they also accept credit cards.
Minivan was clean and spotless, driver was polite and drove safely, and AC ran on high the whole way — what more can you ask for?
Will definitely use these guys next time I’m in town, and I’d definitely recommend to others coming to town

We used this service for transportation to and from the Stagecoach Festival this year. I was extremely impressed. Making a reservation was super easy and effortless online and I always received a quick response to my emails.
Our driver, Jay, was flexible with our pick up and drop off times, as well as always willing to make a quick stop for cash or food, if needed. He was always in touch with us as to when he arrived and we never had to wait for pick up.
The price is very reasonable for such service — it was like having our own personal chauffeur for the entire weekend. The cars were always clean and spacious and AM/​PM made our weekend so much more enjoyable.
I will definitely be using them again if I return to Stagecoach. I highly recommend their services!
