Established in 2010.

Shawn Blair had a vision to create a well-​rounded AC shop that not only did construction but also took care of service and maintenance as well. So together with a great team of residential and commercial service technicians, expert installers, project managers, and a knowledgeable office staff they made it happen.

Now Blair Heating & Air has been a part of many custom home construction projects and commercial HVAC installations throughout the valley. They have many customers on their Preventive Maintenance Program and continue to grow because people want a honest and reliable contractor and that is what they are.

They have the knowledge and the experience to take on many different sizes and types of projects. They have teams that take care of our residential homeowners and others that maintain the commercial jobs.

Shawn brings over twenty-​three years of HVAC experience to Blair Heating & Air.

He started Blair Heating & Air because he wanted to create a well-​rounded Air Conditioning shop that not only did construction but also took care of service and maintenance as well.

His pleasant attitude and thoroughness are the background to everything we do here at Blair Heating & Air. Shawn will always do his best for our customers.
