We are the Coachella Valley’s only Certified Farmers’ Markets, dedicated to providing desert residents and visitors with the freshest local produce and artisan food products from Southern California.

This outdoor location is our original Palm Springs flagship, open from October through May, nestled up against the Camelot Theatres.

History

Established in 2008.

We were started as an event of the non-​profit Palm Springs Cultural Center to be an economic platform for small-​scale So Cal family farms, a source for nutritious food for residents, and a community gathering place for everyone.

Meet the Manager

Megan G.

Manager

Megan is currently the Palm Springs Manager and Palm Desert Co-​Manager for the Certified Farmers Markets of the Coachella Valley. She has been with the CFMCV’s from the opening day in 2008, when as a customer she stood in line for 20 minutes to buy one head of broccoli with a big grin on her face. She worked her way up in the Markets as a volunteer, contractor, assistant and finally manager, and likes to say it happened «organically»…but she’s corny like that. She is passionate about improving access to fresh, high quality food to everyone in her community.
