If I could give greyhound 0 stars I would. We’ve been waiting over an hour in the heat for the bus to arrive. Based on our tix the bus is expected to arrive in LA in 2 hours 50 minutes. We’re told by the bus driver (once he finally gets here over an hour late) that the time to arrive to LA is around 4 hours. «Customer service» inside the building might as well have not existed. The only thing the guy could tell me is to call the 1 – 800 customer service hotline for qu’s or complaints. Had a flight scheduled to leave out of LA and am missing it b/​c of the terrible bus service.

Dropping someone off in front of a liquor store towards the outskirts of town does NOT constitute a legitimate bus station!!! This is rediculous!!!

They should revoke their business license in Palm Springs. They have a «station» in Palm Springs with no facilities allowing patrons to wait in 110 degree Fahrenheit weather exposed to wind, sand and the elements with no water or food. People can die out here. They are in addition, late for their scheduled stop, do not provide free wi-​fi as advertised, rude and calloused. CLOSE THE INDIO GREYHOUND STATION.
