Jason the computer guy history is strong we have been helping mostly Craigslist customers but us joining the Palm Desert Chamber Of Commerce were hoping to broaden our customer base and with joining Facebook business page, Meetup​.com, LinkedIn​.com, Palm Desert Book, Yelp we should be on our way to a successful desert business.

Jason is the man. He came over on time and connected my new Samsung printer, scanner, fax He was very reasonable as well as being. bright, knowledgable, quick and knew exactly what to do. He also tuned up two other computers and I will always call him in the future.
I found him on Unilocal and had called four others and he was first to respond and arrived that very day. You won’t be disappointed. PS he also texts which is more efficient.

Jason is a wonderful technician. My computer stopped running and when I called him, he came to my home arriving right on-​time. He took it with him and had it repaired within 24 hours; even brought it back on a Saturday! And to top it off; he’s just a really nice person. He listens well — I am not computer savvy at all — and he didn’t make me feel like an idiot. Thank you Jason!

I had a very good experience with Jason. First, he came to the condo to fix my computer, kind of like the old days when doctors made house calls. He was on time and very personable. I asked him if he minded if I watched him work, since I always like to learn computer fixes, and he was fine with thatl. He worked quite a while on a couple of different issues and I was pleased with the results. He was even willing to barter the work for an old computer I was dumping anyway. I just moved here a couple of months ago and am glad I found a computer repair guy who seems fair, reliable, and very good at what he does. I recommend him.

Jason is really a wonderful find in Palm Springs. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and repaired my virus ridden computer Think Pad so now it runs like new!
Could not be happier and recommend him most highly.

I have used Jason several times for a variety of computer problems. I would highly recommend him for dealing with whatever computer trouble you may have. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and is at your place when he says he will be. Easy to communicate with and good at explaining things so you have a learning experience. Very patient at explaining why or answering any questions.
He is also available via email or text if you have a follow up concern or question. As a bonus, he is also very skilled at auto repair and maintenance questions. He is a welcome resource in the world of no help phone tech support, so common today.

I found Jason on Craigslist, not realizing he was on here.
I’m glad I contacted him.
Jeff has a computer from the Jurassic era. It is a monster. It sucks energy, takes up way too much space, but it has many of his files on it. I contacted Jason to see about backing up this behemoth, so I could try to convince Jeff to get rid of it or at least move it to a place of less valuable «real estate.»
I purchased a huge solid state hard drive, realizing that this old computer might not be able to connect to it.
Jason showed up, on time. He checked the day before to make sure that we were still on.
He went right to work and was able to back up the computer, setting up the process, so that it would run without him babysitting it. Well worth the money.
I may have to bring him back to set up the wireless network.
Super pleasant. He explained things, so that I could understand what was happening. Class act.
