History

Established in 1997.

We work in conjunction with Palm Springs Convention Center and cater everything from small private affairs in a personal home to huge galas for thousands of attendees. We are the official catering company for the Palm Springs International Film Festival every year, along with many other galas such as the Palm Springs Art Museum, Palm Springs Air Museum, Hilton, AOPA, Inland Empire Polo Club and many more.

Savoury’s founder, CEO and Executive Chef Brad Toles is a visionary of the culinary arts. His expertise, attention to detail and master artistry is a powerful combination that has earned him extensive accolades and prestigious honors through the culinary world.

Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1964, Chef Toles developed the foundational principles which allowed him to find success in the culinary arts at a very early age. He began his culinary career as a line cook in the kitchen of the Red Lion Hotel and Resort in Bakersfield, California. Four short years after he began there, he had worked his way to the top, becoming certified by the American Culinary Federation as an Executive Chef. He was also the youngest Certified Executive Chef accomplished by the age of 24 by the American Culinary Federation.

Savoury’s has also joined forces with the efforts of Team California to provide hunger relief assistance to the Palm Springs community by providing food assistance to local charit
