History

Established in 1986.

A select number of Sundance Villas homes have been managed as vacation rentals by Private Villa Management exclusively for over 25 years. This unique property was modeled after Las Brisas in Acapulco by developer Clint Murchison, former owner of the Dallas Cowboy football team and his visionary partner, Bill Dunagan. Each villa is privately owned and a heated spa or pool & spa combination is concealed in each villa’s walled, private patio. Private Villa Management’s owner has been involved with the property since groundbreaking but refuses to reveal the secrets whispered over the years. Sundance Villas is and shall remain the most private paradise in Palm Springs. In addition to Sundance Villas, PVM’s collection of private pool & spa homes includes a spacious mid-​century home in historic Old Las Palmas and other sparkling Palm Springs’ gems.

Left an advertising job in Los Angeles over 30 years ago and never looked back — Palm Springs captured my heart and now has a firm grip. Welcoming visitors escaping to our desert paradise can hardly be considered ‘work,’ but owning Private Villa Management and renting luxurious private pool vacation homes at Sundance Villas with my wonderful, long-​time staff, has been my ‘pleasure.’ Palm Springs is about sunny and peaceful relaxation, but it is also about superb dining and entertainment, world-​renowned hiking in our canyons, mountains and nearby Joshua Tree National Monument, mid-​century modern architecture, museums, star-​glittered night skies and so much more. Sundance Villas is tucked away in an intimate corner of our Coachella Valley paradise — secluded bliss hard to match anywhere in this world.
