We are Dave Lintz and Stacy Wood, Travoy Group, a residential real estate team of full-​time Realtors with Bennion Deville Homes, formerly Windermere. Longtime visitors to Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley, we became full-​time residents in 2011, shifting our focus from commercial real estate in Portland, Oregon, to residential real estate in the Coachella Valley. We want to use our experience and professionalism to help you find the home of your dreams, and leave you with a home buying experience so satisfying that you will feel compelled to share it with friends and family. We truly love the desert lifestyle and love helping others find their perfect resort home.

History

Established in 2010.

Dave and Stacy have been self employed real estate consultants since 1995. In 2010 we closed our company in Oregon known as Meadowlark Partners and started Travoy Group Residential in Southern California. We are both licensed California real estate agents, and we’re part of Bennion Deville Homes. We love meeting people, and we love helping buyers find their dream homes, and helping sellers get their homes SOLD!

Dave Lintz

Dave began his career in 1975 in Oregon, and worked until 2010 providing project management services for owners and developers in the Portland area. Dave is a graduate of Montana State University with a Master of Architecture degree. He also received an M.B.A. from the University of Portland, has been a licensed architect in the state of Oregon since 1980, holds an Oregon Real Estate Broker’s license, and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.

Stacy Wood

Prior to starting her residential real estate business in 2010, Stacy had more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate. Stacy is a graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in business/​computer science and holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License.

We met Dave and Stacy by chance at an open house. We had been looking for a second home in the desert for some time. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable as to what our real estate needs were, they were incredibly warm and fun. We decided to make an appointment to view homes with them. From the very first showing we knew they got us! They knew exactly what we were looking for. They found us the perfect home that wasn’t on the market yet and at a great price. When our escrow became complicated (our fault) they took care of any obstacle that was put in front of them and there were many. Since our new home purchase we have had two other real estate transactions with them. Each on handled with the same integrity. We love working with them and have become good friends. We highly recommend Dave and Stacy. So grateful we wandered into that open house!

I just completed a home purchase with Dave & Stacy and I had a great experience. I loved the fact that they work as a team, but have different (great) personalities, and I can call on either one of them. They always responded promptly and positively. They made me feel like no question was stupid, and their well rounded knowledge of the communities they work in and real estate in general, made me very comfortable. Dave has an architectural background, and both Dave & Stacy have business backgounds that contribute to their professionalism. I felt like they were truly interested in making sure I was happy with all aspects of my home purchase, and they’ve continued to stay in touch beyond the transaction. They even helped out when I had to leave town by working with my designer. The home I purchased was not for sale, but I was able to buy it because Dave & Stacy went the extra mile and didn’t take no for an answer. David and Stacy are a terrific team of real estate agents. They are urgent and comprehensive with their searches to find the perfect home fitting all requirements. I heard such great things about them when I looked at the Palm Springs real estate market. I found them to be diligent, honest, responsible and even amusing in my real estate transaction. They sent me many properties to review on line; then showed me the top three which met my needs. Presto! I’m in my new home and loving it. Dave’s background in architecture and construction really makes him expert at inspections. Stacy handles the research and paperwork effortlessly, and there’s a lot of it in California. I’m so glad I moved here and met them. We actually see each other socially now — they are so wonderful to be with. I recommend all my friends. They have already sold four houses at The Oasis in Palm Desert, so I’m making new friends already. I recommend them most highly. They helped me reach every objective of finding a 2-​bedroom, 2-​bath on the golf course with mountain and water views. They’re sensational in buying a home. It’s a real plus to hve a realtor such as Dave, who has a construction background. He is very thorough and gives a lot of attention to helping his clients through the inspection process. Stacy has an amazing apptitude for handling the mountains of paperwork that is inevitable with any real estate transaction these days.
