Having spent more than two decades practicing law in the state of California, I have handled numerous construction defect litigation cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. These include single family homes to multiple units involving construction defect class action lawsuits. I also have gained significant experience and expertise in handling mold, business disputes and real estate litigation cases, as well as homeowner and homeowner association dispute cases.
