Aloha Shave Ice

I absolutely love aloha Ice, considering how hot it gets in the A. v during summer, this place is the perfect spot to hit for those hot summer days! They have a variety of flavors and there 3 step choice includes a scoop of ice cream which in my opinion is a great combo with the ice. I usually get the kids size or the small with blue vanilla watermelon and banana with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or simply get shaved ice alone. I’ve tried other flavors and most of them are great. The setting is very chill and can even be perfect for hanging with friends or ending to a date. A must visit spot in the Av… service is great too!

Love this place! Service is always quick and friendly. So many flavors to choose from and they are all delicious!

This is such a fun place to go on a hot summer day! They have amazing shaved ice and other fun drinks with lots of flavor options.

I love coming here for a refreshing tasty treat. I can only speak about the ice cream/​shaved ice extravaganza as bubble tea, etc. is not really my thing. The shaved ice is soft and almost fluffy– Delicious!

Perfect for a summer date night! I got the «kids size» shaved ice with mango, watermelon, & blue hawaii flavored ice with sweetened condensed milk at the top & mint chip ice cream at the bottom. The ice melts in your mouth and the ice cream is soft & creamy. The place is also clean and the employees are friendly. Will be coming here again!

Came in today for a sugar free treat since I noticed their menu had a sugar free syrup option which is rare for Hawaiian shaved ice. Asked the man there what sugar free flavors he had, to which he replied only coconut. I couldn’t complain, sugar free is already rare as it is. I got my shaved ice, started eating it and it was pretty damn tasty, but a few minutes later, I noticed the syrup dripping down was making my hand sticky!
NOT sugar free. Splenda or artificial sweeteners don’t leave residue on your skin, sugar does. So disappointed that they would rather take my money and the risk of sending me into diabetic shock then just say they didn’t have sugar free flavors. Good think I noticed and dumped it in the trash. Will not be back.

Delicious! For a place like the AV this place is Great and the ice is actually smooth well shaved great quality! New favorite spot!

We really have loved it the few times we’ve been in there. It’s always clean and the shaved ice is delicious!

Love this place! I always get the POG with green tea ice cream … Super sweet but so good. The people there are always super friendly and kind. Only wish it wasn’t so cold out so they could get more business. However, I’m sure in the summer time that place is a mad house.

My Neice brought me here and it was sooo bomb. I come here at least 4times a week. the guy there always takes good care of all of us. such friendly swevice

My kids love it! Yummy summer treat. Reasonable prices, good selections. The lady behind the register was very nice, but her husband, the man making the shaved ice, was not very welcoming. Not one smile. Im guessing they are the owners.

Came here just for the boba. Solely based on the boba, this place is okay. One of the few, if not the only, place in Palmdale that has boba. Went in the middle of the week and there was only one person working who was friendly and helpful. I’m definitely going to come back to try out the shaved ice another time. All in all the boba was decent to fulfill a sweet craving.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because the shave ice is way to SWEET! The shave ice here taste good but eating it taste like sweet candy. The service here is clean and the employees are nice. They even bring you your shave ice instead of getting up while they call you.
Eating the shave ice gave me a little stomach ache. They even let you pick your ice cream flavor at the bottom and I gotta say the ice cream was better. I don’t think i would go to this place again.

I really enjoyed my 1^st experience here with my daughter. Shaved Ice is always cool, but with Vanilla ice cream underneath– now that’s something else we had like 3 flavors & with the ice cream it was great– first time trying that. I did miss the the condensed milk on top; but that gives us a reason to come back. In Costa Rica they serve you with condensed milk & sometimes powdered sweet milk on top. So yummy. Nice 1^st impression & we’ll definitely be back. Clean place with good stuff on the tele for the kids & family. We split a large & that was plenty

Worst customer service I’ve ever had in the antelope valley I ordered the Taro smoothie and it tasted like water with a hint of powdery taro. The customer service was horrific. The clerk made another smoothie and it tasted exactly the same.
At the end I got my money back and the clerk was upset by the whole experience she told me as I was walking out I need to throw my cup away outside.
This all happened while the owner sat back and observed. #notahappycamper

I really like this place. In the summer when I want something cool and sweet I prefer it to be light compared to heavy ice cream. And what could be lighter than sweetened ice? My favorite is strawberry but I like having multiple red flavors (strawberry, cherry, watermelon) and adding caramel or condensed milk on top gives it an added touch of deliciousness. I want to try other flavors and creations but its hard when everything is so good I don’t want to leave my original flavor. The owner definitely makes them the best and I have had to ask them to add more juice when half way through there is just white ice, but they are happy to do so. I would definitely recommend this place as one of my favorite cool dessert places in the AV.

I would come for the shave ice, not really the boba. But then again, im a boba snob and im into milk teas and honey boba. Try it and you can be the judge. I did. The owner is really nice and the desert needs places like this for the summer.
I dont think you can go wrong with any of the combos and the ice cream is included. But if youre picky, you can make your own :)

It was a hot summer day, I had just finished lunch and was looking for something to satisfy my sweet tooth, luckily for me Aloha Shave Ice was in the same shopping center so I took a short walk on over and entered.
Directly in front of you is the order counter, to the right of the front counter you will find the menu on the wall. To your left is a seating area where you can sit down, relax, and enjoy your Shave Ice.
You can create your own combination by following the directions on the wall that take you through the 4 steps (Size, Goodies, Flavors, Toppings) that will end in a Shave Ice masterpiece or you can pick one of the 10 predefined combos. I decided on Combo #10 which is called «Shark Attack» which includes Tiger Blood & Blue Bubblegum flavoring, a a scoop of Ice Cream on the bottom, and topped with Sweetened Condensed Milk.
After the ordering and payment was complete I took a seat and waited. The shop was clean and comfortable. There were several orders ahead of me so I had to wait about 10 minutes before my Shave Ice was brought over. The Shave Ice was lite and refreshing, just the thing to satisfy me after lunch without making me feel stuffed.
