The Boulevard Café is a new restaurant to the AV, but sure to become a staple. For decades the location was the Country Café however, that restaurant is gone. The brand new Boulevard Café has all new owners, management, chefs, recipes and menu. Come check us out!

I met my parents at this café on Easter morning and it was the first time I had been there and I have to say it won’t be the last. not only was the food very good and super filling the staff was beyond amazing and very nice very welcoming homey feel extremely clean and you don’t feel rushed. I noticed some people walking in and some of the waitresses knew them by name which I thought was a very personal nice touch. If you’re like my family and left to go to a breakfast at a good place and enjoy good service then you don’t want to miss out on coming here

Barely saw a sign across the street from a overcrowded IHOP, so glad we did. My wife and I have enjoyed this place a half a dozen times now, OUTSTANDING. All aspects are great; quality, price, and get to know your name and likes service. Small town charm and wit from the waitresses. We always have felt welcomed, and appreciated. It’s our «first go to» anytime we think about going out to breakfast, or lunch

Went here with my sisters and mother for their Sunday breakfast and I enjoyed it very much. The service was great and the food was good. Definitely coming back when I have the urge to eat a good Sunday breakfast again.

Was extremely disappointed. Biscuits and gravy had little gravy. Potatoes were hard and not even edible. Pancake basically fell apart it was so dry. Portions were okay for price but taste and quality was horrible. Will not be back, ever.

Well, I decided to give this breakfast place a try and it was a fail. The older lady serving on Friday morning is RUDE!!! Who in the world tells a dining customer how much food is enough for them to eat?! I wanted 2 pancakes and 2 eggs with a side of fruit, and said that the order I wanted only came with 1 cake and if that wasn’t enough?! Thankfully I kept my cool, and just ordered 2 cakes and 2 eggs. Which where horrible pancakes that tasted just like eating out of the flour bag! I will save my money and dine in at Irenes which is just a few steps away and the girls are always nice! I give it 2 stars because the place is pretty clean inside.

Our family tradition is a family breakfast every Sunday. We decided to try something new today, and glad we did. What a little gem!
Great food, homemade quality, great service and CLEAN (a must for us)!

I’ve had the pancakes before and I would rate them a perfect 10⁄10 so I came back and ordered the chocolate chip pancakes and the were extremely undercooked and doughy and that’s just not acceptable. Cooks need to be more consistent.

Place is quiet. Found them through Unilocal.You won’t know the place exist. First time there we waited for our food for a long time. Pancakes were served first instead with our beeakfast. My mother’s order was wrong. They admitted to their mistake and didn’t charge my mom’s order. That was appreciated. Food is good. Would come back and give them another try even though we didn’t get the overall satisfaction as a first time customer. Thank you for serving us.

I did a to go order here I order two Turkey sandwiches. The only complaint I have there was no cheese on them not too sure if it comes with that or not but you figure if you order a sandwich like that it would at least have cheese. The owner was very friendly I do recommend this place

I came in today for breakfast and had the chilaquiles in red salsa and they were awesome! They came with two over easy eggs on top, beans and home fries on the side, and sour cream. Everything was really good and tasted homemade. Will definitely be back to try other dishes. The service was great and the coffee was good!
