Had a water line break in the house and these guys came out quickly and took care of everything for us. Would highly recommend these guys!

They came and did a great job at cleaning my carpets. They arrived on time which was helpful since I had to keep my kids away from all the moved furniture. There are stains on my carpet from foot traffic that they couldn’t completely remove but that was my fault for procrastinating getting them cleaned for so long. But they are a lot less visible that’s for sure. The guys were very kind and helpful and I will definitely refer Carpet Tech to others.

Carpet Tech really came through for me. I had a pipe break in the kitchen wall of a rental property and was terrified at my potential loss. Willy and his team were out there exactly when they said they would be and got the job done. Willy was in contact with me via text frequently providing pictures and updates and also responded during non-​business hours. They were very conscientious when removing the cabinets for clean-​up and did their best to save what they could. He also worked very well with my insurance company to make sure my losses were covered. *This was very important*. Carpet Tech is on your side. If I ever have this type of problem again, Carpet Tech will be my first call.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I just had to come say how outstanding Will and his guys are. I wanted a full carpet cleaning for the New Year but being a single mom I was a little worried about who I wanted to invite into my home. After a lot of research I decided to call Carpet Tech and spoke to Will. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job in providing a sense of security through his professionalism. He answered all my questions and was able to book an appointment for me the following week at 11:00am. The day of my appointment Josh and Tanner arrived promptly at 10:50am. They were both very nice and Will even came along to supervise the job! We did a walk through and I pointed out a few areas of concern and Will assured me it would be no problem. Tanner and Josh took extreme care in moving my belongings and were very time efficient. After the cleaning Tanner explained some aftercare tips and told me to call if I noticed ANYTHING I didn’t feel was satisfactory. Will definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family and will 100% use them for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future. Thanks you guys!

I don’t want to even give them one star. I should have been weary when they didn’t call to confirm my appointment. They are ½ hour late. I called at appt time and i was assured they were on their way. Half-​hour later I call and get voicemail.

Called a couple of places over the weekend and Carpet-​Tech was the only company to call back. I’m glad because they turned out to be the right company for the job. Michael arrived right on time and seemed very knowledgable. I had a heavily trafficked living room which I’ve cleaned several times with a Rug Doctor, but never had professionally cleaned in nine years. There were dark stains in front of both couches which wouldn’t go away no matter how many times I tried. Thanks to Michael they’re now gone and the carpet looks like new. I had no idea this was possible. I intend to have it cleaned every six months now and always by Carpet-​Tech.
