Del Taco

On the way to the doctors so I wanted to eat, was told the special in the window doesn’t start till 3pm… Don’t think my doctor would like that excuse! PROBLEM SOLVED… WENT ACTORS THE STREET TO TACO BELL!!! Looks like I won’t be eating at del taco ever again!!!##

I understand they’re busy but come on
First I briefly checked the bags as we pulled out of the drive thru to realize they had forgotten our macho fry with the meal
Then we get home
And the deluxe chili cheddar fry we ordered (AND PAID FOR) was a regular chili cheese fry
I called and no questions asked
Not even my name
And he said just say his name and they’ll replace it whenever I go
Let’s hope it’s true
This place needs to get it together

You don’t get stars unless you earn them. I don’t even want to give them this one. Not to mean to be harsh but when I tell you my order and it says on the receipt that I paid for a side of salsa… I expect that and not a huge side of secret sauce when it– again, CLEARLY SAYS SALSA… And my chicken tacos were missing as well as them giving us two fish tacos instead of shrimp. And to top it all off, the MANAGER watched as my shrimp taco fell limp into the bag, spilling shrimp everywhere and didn’t say anything. Like dang, put the right wrappings on the right stuff and check your orders! Quality over laziness… It’s just disgusting.

Today I went and paid with both cash and card. Transaction didn’t go through and she kept my change. Upon realizing my mistake I went back and she assured me there’d be a credit for when I returned. I don’t get why she couldn’t just hand me my 40 cents back. So stupid. I will write an update for my next visit we’ll see if this «credit» stands. I tried to call to make sure and the line rang forever and then there was a weird noise and it dropped.

Worst Del Taco in the whole AV. The manager was taking my order and half of the time that I was talking with her it looked like she was in la-​la-​land. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and got dr. Pepper instead. I also ordered an epic carne ASADA burrito and instead I got a bean burrito. They seriously need to get their act together because sooner or later corporate is going to get on their case. Overall this place is not so great there are other places in that area that are better like Taco Bell across the street.

This is a great Del Taco if you wanna have your order taken by half minded people. A 12 yr old can take my order and get it right. If I order a bacon and egg ½ pound burrito and ask it’s bacon and not sausage and you say yes it’s bacon and I get home and it’s sausage, you need to get your head out of your ass and just try to do a better job, I understand you get minimum wage and don’t give a shit. But come on!!!

This Del taco sucks ass, I bought an epic Barito that is meant to be epic in size, but it was fucking tiny. This Del toco is the worst in the A.V. And all the staff are to busy socializing with each other to do a good job. Bad management. SMH

The food is alright but the service is not great at all! Maybe I’ll try another location next time

This is my fave del taco location. This review is only for drive thru. My fave item in the menu has to be the iced coffee! I usually get that and the ½ bean cheese burrito or the tostada. I usually deal with the night staff on my way to school or coming home from work and they are really nice even though I am sure they are ready to get off and sleep! Other bonus is its open 24 hours a day. Basically anytime I need to grab a quick snack this Del taco is my first choice.

I keep going back hoping it will be better and of course I’m disappointed. This time my kids quesadilla was burnt (black) on one side and our fries, again, were totally undercooked. Waste of my money!

I don’t know why I keep going to this del taco location. Food sucks, dry beans and food is slapped together.

I love del taco but this location ALWAYS seems to have something wrong with their services. For the past year every time i go in something is always wrong, for instance one day they are not serving meat, another day they’re stoves are undergoing maintenance therefore they cant make certain food and today they are not taking any orders. I’ve seen several people very upset by this mockery. Also the inside is filthy. I suggest the chain owner takes action fast.

Broken shells on the tacos, only half filled with meat, chicken tacos are yummy as always.

All in all, I love this chain. I actually like the burgers and fries better than anything. The most recent drive thru employee I had was well spoken and friendly (a rare find in the fast-​food industry). She was blonde and provided great service. Keep up the good work!

Funny story. The cashier who took my order was super nice. Then after we got our order, he got in a huge arguement with the manager. They were going back and forth, talking all kinds of smack while my wife and I snickered in amusement.
The fish tacos were actually pretty good for a fast food joint…

WOW! THIS IS THE DIRTIEST FAST FOOD PLACE I’VE EVER BEEN! Even though you had to get a token to get into the men’s room, it had no soap and they didn’t have any. I have no idea how this place stays open. Everything in the restaurant was covered in filth. I reluctantly sat down at a table to eat my tacos while my friend to get out of the restroom so we could leave, and no joke: there was a fly eating some old ketchup stuck to the top of the table next to me. They had napkins and sauces available, although the napkin holders will gross you out, as they’re literally covered in what looks like really old ketchup or hot sauce. The reason this place deserves a star is because the tacos were cheap ($.39) and tasty, although the meat was REALLY dry.
