Great White Pool and Spa

Horrible Experience!!! Used their service for 2 months. In that time they left the pump running with no water, always left at least 1 skimmer basket full of debris, and broke personal items in my yard. Upon cancelling service, the owner threatened legal action if I did not pay my balance due. This was a balance I never recieved an invoice for!!!

As a 20 year pool owner who is getting tired of maintaining our pool ourselves, I had been considering hiring a pool service to take over. After trying to replace my pump motor by myself and not being able to get the leak to stop I decided it was time to bring in a professional. I did some research on the net and decided to give Great White a call. I spoke with Scott on the phone Wednesday morning and he said he come at 7:00 am Friday. He showed up at 6:40 am, took about 10 minutes to diagnose the issue. He then told me he could be back the next day, Saturday, and would be able to fix my problem. He showed up the next morning at the time we agreed on and in about ½ hr my pump was running like it was brand new. Since I had been a while without filtration my pool was green. Scott explained to me how to «turn my pool». I did exactly what he instructed and, we were swimming Sunday evening! He did exactly what he said he could/​would do, for exactly the price he quoted me and earned a loyal customer. I’ll be using Great White Pool Service on a weekly basis very soon. Very nice to find someone so reliable, honest and hard working. No wonder they’ve been in business for 20 years.

We LOVE our pool guy! So nice and really knows his stuff! He actually rescued our seized pump and saved us some major money by using his brain and being honest with us about options. It is nice to find people and service you can rely on!

Scott is the man, he came over within 40 min of my initial call. He installed a new motor for our filter and it runs like a champ, I’m always impressed with how great the pool looks ever since he took over! Give him a call!
