Established in 1989.

The staff of Amjad M. Hanbali & Associates have been responsible for the design and implementatin for a wide variety of civil, architectural and structural design projects.

The scope of duties have included the architectural, structural and civil design of the project with full coordination with other associated consultants such as soil & geotechnical engineering.

The work also includes feasibility studies, cost estimates and preparation of specifications, with full construction coordinating and supervision. Project responsibility from program development through final inspection and start — up.

Business Owner

The owner of the firm, Mr. Hanbali is a licensed engineer who graduated from North Carolina A & T state University with Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural engineering. Mr. Hanbali’s experience enables him to oversee the civil, structural and architectural design of projects and to meet the fine balance between the value and cost parameters of a project.

Mr. Hanbali has been employed as a project engineer and consultant throughout his career. With «hands-​on» experience in the real construction end of project, Mr. Hanbali is able to avoid the pit-​falls between design and actual construction.
