This location has beautiful furniture, the sales woman was not pushy, and the prices were decent. However, if you actually want to recieve your furniture, don’t buy here. Nov. 7th, 2015 = I ordered a sofa set and was having them upholstered in a standard grey linen. I turned down delivery(to save a couple bucks) and the sales woman said they would«definitely be done before thanksgiving» because I had mentioned I was having family over and needed them by then. Very excited at the prospect of new couches, I paid for the item and left. Nov. 22nd, 2015 = I called to verify that the couches would be ready for pickup that Wednesday. I was told they would be. Nov. 25th, 2015 = I rented a truck and called J&B to confirm my pickup time. I was told by the sales woman that my sofas were not ready yet and wouldn’t be availible till the following Wednesday. When I complained that I had already rented a truck they offered free shipping. I agreed and was told they would be delivered on Dec. 3rd. Dec. 3rd, 2015 = I took the day off work, waited all day for the couches to be delivered but no delivery ever came. Dec. 6th, 2015 = I had waited 3 days after thier 2nd failed delivery to hear from J&B but they never did. I called and spoke to the sales woman who, when realizing who I was, acted VERY annoyed. I told her I waited all day Wednesday for someone to deliver and no one came. I wanted to know where my sofas were. She, with much reluctance, called the warehouse and confirmed that it now wouldn’t be availible till the FOLLOWINGWEDNSDAY! Once again frustrated and disappointed i agree to wait. Dec. 8th, 2015 = I called J&B to verify delivery the following day. I was told by the saleswoman, with clear annoyance, that the warehouse would be calling immediately to discuss and confirm delivery. No one ever called. Dec. 9th, 2015 = Again, i took the day of work and waited for either a call or delivery but none ever came. By 4:30pm I’d had enough. I drove to J&B and attempted to cancel my order. The Sales woman(same one I had been dealing with the whole time) acted shocked and insisted on calling the warehouse. The gentleman on the line told me he was sorry but the couches weren’t even ready yet! He told me he could guarantee delivery the following week! I was very angry at this point and told them I wanted my money back immediately. After some brief arguing they returned my money. If you value honestly and integrity in a company, go elsewhere. You will only recieve lies and hollow promises if you buy with this company.

Decent pricing with below-average customer service… While looking around the store the saleswoman was NOT pushy(which was comforting and allowed us to look around the store freely). Purchased a sectional here a few weeks ago just to find out it is «Out of Stock» when I contacted the store to find out where my sofa is… I’m now told that my sectional will arrive in a few more weeks(aka over a month and a half after I purchase the sofa). I informed the man I spoke to that my fiancé and I were told that we would receive the sectional by now and he nonchalantly told me it would take more time for it to come. He only offered a loaner sofa in the meantime because I had to ask for one(which MAY get to me in a week). If you choose to purchase furniture with J & B furniture be sure to make them call the manufacturer INFRONTOFYOU to ensure the item is even available or in stock. I’m very disappointed in the customer service… I spent almost two thousand dollars on a sectional that I won’t be able to enjoy for a few more weeks. ** UPDATE ** Received a loaner«sofa»(aka a chunk taken from another sectional) to use until my sectional arrives. Asked when I would receive sofa, was told mid-May… Mid-May rolls around and I ask for an update on where my sectional is. Now I am being told I will NOT get my sectional until JUNE. I am cancelling my order with J and B furniture… They claim that this is an issue that is happening to ALL of their customers due to the recent port strike a few months ago. However, I was NOTTOLD when I purchased my sectional that it would take more than THREEMONTHS to receive my sectional. If they would have been upfront and honest about the time delay in the beginning I would have NEVER purchased the sectional from them. Now, the manager was yelling at me stating that I am inconveniencing HIM because he will have to come pick up his loaner sofa. I am DISGUSTED by their customer service… They all seem like lovely people but they need to work on how to work in a business… One last thing… the woman who was attempting to help me with my return did not know how to process a return OR use the card machine to put the $$$$$$ spent back onto my debit card. She told me I would have to come in the next morning so that a different associate could help me. At this point it is a JOKE and I cannot help but laugh… Do yourself a favor and spend more money elsewhere to get better quality furniture and the better customer service.
