Jamba Juice

Always great service and beverages! Except one time, a tall boorish oaf (no idea how he got hired with that personality) took my order. Because he still works here, I gotta take away a star. Next time I’m getting a name; dude is seriously unenthusiastic and unfriendly.

The music in this place is SOOOO LOUD !! It’s obviously one of the workers iPods that they keep changing. The staff is extremely immature even for these teenagers working. Currently listening to spongebob theme song ?!? They are all giggling and playing grabass in the back. You can’t even order your drink without repeating yourself or hear when your drink is ready. I use to like this place I would rather just skip on Jamba if this was my location choice.

Every time I come here the rewards program doesn’t work or cheats me out of my reward. The cashier is no help, not friendly and always says, «the rewards program has nothing to do with us, so we can’t do anything unless it prints something out». I went in to use my free boost and entered my number. Cashier said she couldn’t add it so I should try again. Tried again and it deleted my free boost. Cashier told me they have no control over the system. ALWAYS have issues here and unhappy cashier doesn’t care about making customers happy. I will probably not go to Jamba Juice again. Not worth the price, frustration and lack of customer service. Invested in a juicer, will be juicing at home.

the service was amazing lines are kind of long but the wait is short the banana blueberry smoothie is amazing a little bit pricey but its worth the quality of the drink always fresh will definitely recommend to people i know !! :)

I used to come here constantly when i lived nearby so it’s been almost a year and it seems they have all brand new staff, and the service that I received today really makes me not want to come back to this location.
First things first– PLEASE turn the music down or at least change the music selection to a generally pleasing genre, it literally felt like i walked into a club once I opened the door.
Once we walked in there was only one person ahead of us and once his order was finished, the guy at the register didn’t greet me or ask what I wanted– he just kinda stared blankly into space… Uhhh okay? So I ended up ordering a squeezed juice and I asked him if i could have it over ice. For 16 oz. I payed about $ 7 dollars so prices have definitely risen.
Anyway the worst part is that once they called my order, an employee by the name of Chris apparently realized that he forgot to put my juice over ice. So he then proceeded to throw a hissy fit, pour my juice into a bigger cup, throw some ice in there and then throw the ice scoop all aggressively. These employees are seriously lacking good customer service!

Great smoothies, but so beyond slow service and Saturdays and Sunday’s these last few months. Expect to wait about 30 minutes. Poorly organized as well. Today after waiting for 30 minutes they were handing smoothies to people that ordered a significant amount of time after me, and at the 30 minutes they let me know they ran out of two of the main ingredients. Instead waiting another 30 minutes for a different drink, I decided to just get a refund. I don’t think I’ll come here again on busy days.

This establishment was clean, fun, and friendly. Maybe a little too friendly. When we walked in, there were many people wishing us, «HI! Welcome to Jamba!» It was nice and scary at the same time. The drinks were superb though and would go back when in the area for sure.

The most horrible Customer Service Ever. It all depends on if your a friend of the employees. Every one looks like they need to go to the bathroom. Not friendly at all.

They have great staff very friendly, Victor is awesome! We always get drinks for our office!

Always a great experience everytime I come in! Never wait long. Unless they are slammed then of course you need to be somewhat patient. But the staff is always so nice, there’s a young gentlemen who always asks how my day is going and actually has convos with the customers. Such a great vibe in there of workers. I definitely keep coming back. And they are about 50% why and obviously the other half is their deliciousness! :) keep up the great work!

Would have given my usual 5 stars… But it was like 50 below in there and they would not turn off the AC while every customer was putting in jackets.

Great customer service! First Jamba Juice that I’ve been to that the employees didn’t look like they couldn’t wait to leave, lol, and I was just a customer passing through. Our cashier Noelle was really friendly and helpful.

It is rarely busy when I’ve come here, so I am able to get in and out quickly. The staff is always friendly and quick to serve. The place is always clean when I’ve been there and the smoothies are the typical greatness that’s expected from jams Jamba Juice.

Always so friendly and helpful! The times I’ve gone their costumer service is great. I always get my «Matcha Green Tea» and of course my daughter gets the kids drink, always a different flavor but the Beets Berry is yummy!

I felt the need to review this Jamba Juice because of the help the guy at the register offered. I wanted to try something new and he recommended a smoothie based on what I told him I was in the mood for. It was really good and I didn’t have to wait forever to get it. The table was a little wobbly but other than that the place was clean and professional.

The dirtiest Jamba Juice I’ve ever been in. Dirty floors, dirty glass, dirty workspace, FILTHY bathroom. The bathroom key was attached to a gross mini-​lunchbox, and there is no place to put this giant keychain in there… Smelly, dirty, no tp, no papertowels. Looks like it’s run by a bunch of 15 year-​olds.
But the smoothies were good, as Jamba Juice always is. But for such a good company, this is a very poorly run location comparatively.
