It pains me to write a review about Krispy Kreme, but the service I encountered here was just so phenomenal that I felt it would be unfair to NOT write a review noting how kind the employees were. I came into this Krispy Kreme late at night, and unaware that they were closing within minutes. Everyone I encountered was beyond kind. It started with someone giving me an authentic«hello» when I walked through the door, to the girl who helped us select our items, who was kind and joked around, to the man who rang us up. Even when the store was closing up, they kindly told me and my friend that we were more then welcome to stay, even though we clearly would be over-staying our welcome. I wouldn’t be writing this review if I didn’t feel like the service I received was genuinely kind and outstanding. Well done Krispy Kreme! You have left me surprised and impressed!

Horrible experience today, as I went through the drive thru on 5÷21÷16 @ 3:48 pm 748 Rancho Vista Dr. Palmdale Ca to purchase 3 dozens of glazed donuts, and was informed that this location had«NOGLAZEDONUTSAVAILABLE, and would not have any until after 6pm. After 15 years of purchasing donuts from different locations, I have never attempted to make a purchase, and have the cashier say there’s no donuts? How can a business survive when your main item is the Glazed donuts, and you have none? I canceled the mixed dozen, and by the time I was able to get to the window through the drive thru, I then asked to speak to the Unit Manager Giovanni Mayoral to see if he would offer some sort of concession, to no avail. I also asked who his manager was and he rudely said Jamie Alley, and slammed the window. Not to mention I was in between cars and had to wait apprx 15 minutes to drive through. Bad Customer Service for someone in his position, and whom should have been more concerned about the customer…

Been to a number of Krispy Kremes, and I think this place for some reason makes their donuts half the size of others, but with the prices of the full size ones.

Finally had a chance to grab a dozen. Line has been long and slow. Typical for a new spot in the AV. I went in around 9 at night like thr fat kid i am and it was empty! For new comers no need to mess around. Order the regular glaze donut FRESH!

It’s really weird always going to this particular krispy kreme doesn’t feel like others or taste as good in my opinion one time I straight up drove to burbank to compare and the burbank krispy kreme was better? I know these are franchised but isn’t there training or quality inspection standards? Hey if you have never had krispy kreme you’ll never know the difference but if you had you probably will. Flavor seems slightly off anything filled cream filled, jelly etc seems like half the usual amount which is super dissapointing. Not great but not bad either I vote yum yum in the AV if anywhere else definitely Krispy Kreme.

What’s not to love? Walked in around 7:30pm, employee gave us each a hot, fresh donut for free. My wife said«This is amazing». LOL. We also tried a sample of a chocolate cake donut too. The hot donut is melt in your mouth!

Seriously! Don’t get the powered jelly. … They barely put powder on it, so it simply taste like a bread and jelly sandwich. After a few times experiencing this almost powerless jelly donut, I simply asked for extra powder on the donut… posting photo of what they think is extra powder… Super irritated… this is honestly the worse Krispy Kreme I ever been to… And they never have HOT donuts … smh… They need to take some lessons from HOSTESS –ALSO, they don’t offer the Military Discount like other Krispy Kreme stores –Never seem to have HOT Donuts within the hour ’They use less toppings than the other stores –Sometimes the donuts are hard as it they’ve been sitting for a long time in the open air No wonder there is hardly any lines… smh…

I’m not a big donut person but Krispy Kreme is a weakness. Really nice customer service, clean store, for some reason their donuts aren’t as awesome as I’m used to. I don’t know if its lack of freshness or something else but they just aren’t. My only real complaint is that on opening day when I and several others had coupons for a free dozen, they decided to stop letting people choose their own donuts at me…

First time inside since they opened. They were out of several items but it was 9pm at night so I’ll give them that. The man got a coffee but didn’t really care for it. Smooth wasn’t very smooth. I love their glazed. I could eat them everyday but that wouldn’t be good.

Love this! Yum donuts. However coffee not so much. Just kinda tastes like plain old coffee, nothing special, the mochas taste like watered down chocolate :-/ Service is kinda slow in the drive through, even when you’re the only car & you can see multiple employees inside & you only ordered 2 regular donuts & a coffee… But 4 stars for having fresh food & a drive thru, so I don’t have to get out in the cold ;)

This Krispy Kreme location is quite small, and SUPERCROWDED on weekend nights, especially. There are only three tables in the store, and two outside. I suppose I’m guilty of comparing this one to its superior in Burbank, which has only a tiny bit more space to work with, but still manages to have a way better layout with lots of tables. The employees here have been unfailingly polite, fun, and on the ball. High marks there. Just a shame that the location is a bit lacking.

I’m just not a fan of Krispy Kreme, the only way I can even try to enjoy one of their donuts is if it is hot off the conveyor belt. Even then I usually feel sick afterwards. I made the mistake of stopping here and getting four room temp donuts. I ate one and had to throw my other one away. My family disliked the donuts I brought them just as much as I did mine. The artificial sweet flavor combined with the commercial store brand bread is probably one of my least favorite flavors. This time I got a raspberry filled donut hoping it might be better, and it was only worse. The raspberry filling only added to the artificial flavor I so despise. I will not intentionally be going back to a Krispy Kreme any time soon. I much prefer the small mom and pop donut stores that can be found in the AV that don’t have such an artificial flavor.

Was looking for a donut shop in Palmdale. Luckily i came across Krispy Kreme(Hot Business). This joint apparently just opened up so i was super excited to go. Hit up drive thru put my order in and in 5 minutes i was out! Now thats what i call service! :p Employee was really sweet and fast. The original glaze is addicting! On my next visit. I want to try the birthday batter donut with the shake! Why wont KK come to Santa Clarita?

Man, the staff here are friendly early in the morning. Hadn’t expected that, but they were pretty cheery and joked around. The donuts are the same as other Krispy kremes, but I gotta knock them down a star, I was hoping for a chocolate dipped old-fashioned, but whatevs. Got a chocolate cake donut and an apple fritter, and was on my way. I’m not a sweets fan, but I have to have those when I come to a KK.

I had been inside the store previously, and service was good and fast. I probably was there for 3 minutes. But last Friday I was in a rush since there was only one other car in the drive thru I decided to go in the damn drive thru(worst mistake ever) I was literally waiting for over 15 minutes. and plus I only ordered a glazed donut and hot chocolate, so I waited another 4 minutes in the window. –_– That is beyond insane, I had to use my breathing technique because I was about to cuz a girl out!!! Needs faster service promptly! If you have large orders have them park in the front so that when people like me order 2 little items they are not disappointed for waiting 20 minutes in drive thru! Uuuggghhh

Had to welcome Krispy Kreme back to the Antelope Valley. The store is super clean, the staff is extremely helpful and its a great place to go to have the best doughnuts around. Can’t go wrong with Krispy Kreme. Don’t forget to get your hat.

Overrated! 20 minutes in the drive thru for a cup of donuts that were hard and had too much glaze on them. The custard donut looked like it was sitting there for awhile and when I opened it up the custard was hard in some places The lack of freshness makes sense since I saw the employees unloading trays of donuts off a Penske truck while I was waiting in the drive thru. Make sure you hold on to your debit card. The girl at the window never handed it back to me and I didn’t realize it until 30 minutes later when I went to use it. When I went back to pick up my card, mind you it was about another 20 minutes to go back there and the parking lot is insane, one manager tried to make me smile, however my irritation level was already at its peek. The next manager just handed me back my card and said«sorry about that». How about here’s a bottled water or coffee for the inconvenience? Not amused by the wait times or the customer service

Ok I’m way too excited they’re finally open :) I brought my daughter here around 11:30 and the line was outside. A 2nd line inside! We waited about 20 minutes for a few donuts but it was well worth it. I got glazed(favorite!) and my daughter got the chocolate ice glazed. She scarfed hers down in the car then asked for another! Which says volumes cause she’s 4 and usually never finishes a whole donut. Mine was warm and so amazing! I got an iced coffee too which was really good and strong. I find too many places make weak coffee which isn’t great. So their coffee gets a double thumbs up! Service was quick and the ladies working the front were sweet. So glad to have Krispy Kreme back in the AV!
