Lowe’s

I don’t have a problem with the store, per se, but rather with the website. This is not the store where we shop, but it keeps coming up when I check online. I tried the ‘shop another store’ link over and over and over, but the site would never let me change to the store we frequent. We don’t go to the E. Palmdale store. We want to know if they have the products we want at the Palmdale store before driving all the way. Because of this, we will most likely go to a competitor because we can see they have the products we want, at the store we want to visit. By the way, we tried to use the ‘contact us’ form on
and it won’t accept comments without my name, 2 phone numbers, email and zip code. It does give you the choice whether you want to be contacted, but gee they already have all our contact information. Lowe’s, if you want our business, fix your website.

Really bad customer service went in to buy a grass cutter machine never owned one so I had several questions everyone was busy told me to ask another employee and were rude and it was over and over until I decided what am I doing here lets go back to home. depot whuch ofcourse they are the best but this place was very weird will not come back

I ordered a patio pet door online, for pick-​up today. They called me and said the only one they had was a previous return– they checked it out before setting it aside– and «it looked slightly damaged and they didn’t trust it». So they felt they had to cancel my order– BUT the other Lowe’s in Palmdale has several if I’d like to go there instead. Simple? Yes. But not having to drag that sucker home, be terribly disappointed and THEN pack it all back up and return it to somebody who’d rather die than help me? PRICELESS.

After spending a thousand dollars on a washer & dryer we took the free delivery! Bought items Wednesday eve and by Saturday morning I had to pickup items myself. After witnessing another customer being ran around about his delivery over the phone I realized how bad this store is really run by the manager! I did witness him leaving the person on hold for a long time while he fixed all the problems he had going prior. He then tells customer service to push his delivery to the next day! Then after the customer hangs up customer service girl wonders what his problem was! On the day of our delivery which is now two days late, they never show up and no phone calls from customer service after delivery time missed! After we call a few times their response to our call was «hey lady your not the only customer we have, I’m working on it! That was after 3 different story’s from each person we talked too! Well they bring my new appliances out to my trailer and as they bring them down the cart bumps I see and hear them banging off each other! When they get to me I can see that they are scratched up and both have some chips on their finish! I asked where are the shipping boxes and the manager tells me it’s so the guys can inspect them for themselves before shipping! All is good with that but my appliances been on and off loaded their truck because whatever the problems were the two days before! Also it was obvious they were rubbing on each other cause of the chips location on both appliances. The manager did say «sorry»! So I guess he did his job the best he can! I just cut up my credit card from Lowes because we paid in cash! And now I can go give Home Depot all my business! AMF’s

I like this location, you can find everything you need easily the staff is very helpful and they know what they talk about. I will recommend to give a trial it’s worst.

I love this hardware store for all of my flowers and yard supply. The parking lot is very big .The customer service at the Lowe’s is pretty good they always have some kind of sale going on for stoves and refrigerators.

One of the better Lowes I have ever been to and a perfect example of why I stay loyal to this chain.
The customer service is fantastic. I have had returns that always go smoothly. Also, the staff on the floor are very knowledgable. From know where items are located to being able to suggest ideas to improve whatever my latest project may be it is always a good experience.

Amazed that they beat online prices! I purchased a microwave oven stove refrigerator washer dryer and all my door handles through Lowes

Dropped by to pick up some paint and they were so helpful! Luke in the paint department was awesome and very informative, looking forward to going back :)

This Lowes is so clean. Everytime I come here a staff is always ready to help! I never had to wait in a line longer than one person infront of me too. Their garden area is nice, they have a good selection. Great store!

i like them someone always helps me, returns are easy, they price match, the plumbing dept had a nice kid who got me everything i needed to fix my bathtub myself. i also got help redoing my swamp cooler i like them there nice people very helpfull
