I had a lousy manicure and pedicure done today. I won’t be coming back to this place for sure. They discriminated me because they asked me, an Asian to pay first, mind you I’m not a Vietnamese like they are. They did not ask the fat white girl who was sitting next to me to pay first. She asked for same service. She got hot towel massage and I did not get that. Manicurist used the hot towel to wipe my lotion. What is the purpose of lotion? To moisturize so it doesn’t make sense to wipe it off. Any how so called callus treatment is a joke. Water down cuticle remover is not cool either. There are too many other nail salons for them to provide a lousy service. And it is very rude among the nail techs to speak in Vietnamese in front of their customers, they are in America, speak English. Nothing luxury about this place. One good thing was to put the removal cover on the spa. Never coming back.

Very friendly, accommodating women. Take pride in their work and for once wasn’t rushed around or double booked! Very clean and the gel mani and pedi has actually lasted! No chipping after a week. Will be returning and definitely recommend!

I like getting my nails done here clean salon. They use liners when you get pedicures. And they have specials on Mondays and Tuesday.

Went in for a fill and the price is $ 18 and they didn’t go a good job… told them about and they bickered about it in their language… they the lady said its ok its how it suppose to be. NEVER AGAIN!

Today was my first time going here, my regular salon LMV was closed, and my nails were a mess. So I Unilocaled and found this salon right across the street. I was greeted right away and waited about 10 mins to get started on my nails. An Kent introduced me to the SNS Gelous Nail system. Wow who knew. I explained i wanted a short natural look, being I am a nurse and she did exactly that. The process was easy and I love the results. I would highly recommend this salon. And the SNS Nail system. They do however need to add more colors. Sorry LMV, but I love my SNS nails.

I love Luxury Day Spa & Nails. The salon is so relaxing. I love the décor, the music and its always CLEAN! I get VIP service every time I come. It’s a one stop shop nails, pedi, wax, and lashes. Ni and Cinder are awesome. The whole staff is great. Thanks and I’ll see you soon.

The service is always prompt, professional, and thorough.
Ni, Helen, and Ann always provide service with a smile… I love these ladies! I have yet to be disappointed with the service here after a year of attending this salon. :)

While the place is very clean, and the lady who greated me was always on the phone and speaking her language that obviously it’s understandable to me. I give them 2 stars for the price it’s ridiculous to pay 28 $ for a gel manicure. I wouldn’t mind if it was a luxury place as their name suggest but it’s not. Plus the manicure was done so poorly, please see pictures. My cuticles are horrible, the color itself didn’t stay mind you I went 4 days ago. I would go back so they could fix it but I’m scared instead of fixing the problem they will make it worse. Plz stay away I hope places like this fail.

I am used to the chattering away not speaking English to anyone away to anyone but the customers which is pretty standard. I always bring my own polish in case I need a touch up. She didn’t get the concept. She skipped several steps like buffing. There was not much «Do you like it»? It’s cheap and quick and I got what I paid for. $ 23 bucks for a full set of acrylics. I also paid $ 10 to get my brows done. She knew her away around that. $ 10. Can’t beat the price on that. If you want to feel pampered, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO.

Im fairly new to the area and since i did some shopping at Albertsons i decided to give this place a chance. I walked in and wasnt greeted or anything. It took a while for them to ask what i needed. I finally picked color and i wasnt even told what chair to sit in… i had to ask. She then started working on me and was extremely agressive… arent these places to be relaxed??? Anywho… i stayed because she had already started… then phone rang and she would stop working on me to take the call …but there was 2 other ladies that can help her out!!! Im the only one here by the way. .then the lady starts speaking her language and little does she know… lol. another customer walks in and my lady takes the new incoming customers and tells another lady to finish me!!! Seriously!!! Wow. Never coming back and i hope others read this and have a better experience.

Terrible!
Under new ownership, the owner ‘Knee’ has certainly cleaned up and remodeled. But the service sucks! Having to wait nearly 30 minutes for a pedicure, she turned customers AWAY! Due to not enough workers. Then has the nerve to charge A WHOLE DOLLAR for debit and credit! Who carries cash anymore?
She’s lost my business!

I was close by and saw this place decided to go in to get my nails done. When it comes to acrylics Im very particular and phong did an amazing job he took the time with detail and made sure there looked perfect i am totally satisfied and there prices are very good I got a full set for $ 23 I will for sure be back!!!

I walked in with a friend and waited a little over 10 minutes. Not bad for not having an appointment. The basic pedicure is only $ 25 and $ 33 for a deluxe pedicure. They rushed the services and it wasn’t as relaxing as I hoped. Most spas in the AV will give a mini foot massage but here they didn’t. All the ladies were really nice but didn’t speak English very well.

A friend referred me to Lina at Luxury Day Spa. I had recently done a full set in a different nails spa and they did a terrible job. Lina was able to schedule me an appointment for me the day I called and not only fix my nails, but made them look beautiful and natural looking. I recommend this place 100%.
