McDonald’s

They rip you off on the combo meals. I don’t know who sets pricing on these, but when I ordered a triple cheese combo with medium fries and drink, the price was $ 7.55 but ordered a la carte the total with tax came to only $ 6.63. There’s better fast food within walking distance of this place. There’s The Habit and there’s Chick-​fil-​A. The Habit is not only better but it’s also less expensive. I recommend avoiding this or any McDonald’s.

They gave me chicken nuggets instead of Big Mac, my double cheeseburger tasted slimy!
I called and spoke to the manager Adrianna and it almost feels like she wasn’t helpful, almost like she didn’t believe me and so I told her I’ll bring my receipt and if she wants I’ll bring tge chicken nuggets, and she said sure! Wow, I really don’t care but it sure was very inconvenience and I told her will I get a n eal in return and she said b isvthat v what you order and she said thst I’ll get a big mac! Well, I’ve decided to just get my money back and I’ll never go to McDonald ever again! Burger King is much better and Carl’s Junior!
It’s a terrible experience to eat this food today and v the manager made me feel like I’m a big liar!!!

Rude service. I came around 7pm and they forgot my bbq sauce so I asked a large Hispanic lady with blond hair and she just looked at me and walked away. The lady at the other cash register came and handed it to me. If you don’t like your job quit jeeesh

This location has the worst customer service in the AV, bought some food and asked for a water cup with lemon and the kid who i think was a manager said I’ll have to charge you, i asked of that was the case even if we bought food he said yeah this is McDonalds if you want water with lemon go to a nicer restaurant.

This is quite possibly the slowest service I have ever experienced in my life. Fast food? yeah. right. All I wanted at midnight was a sweet tea. I sat in the drive through, I kid you not, for over 15 minutes. There were maybe 4 cars ahead of me but unless all of them ordered one of everything on the menu, there should be no reason it took as long as it did. There were plenty of workers, I could see that when I got to the window. And we all know McDonalds food isn’t fresh, it is frozen so really? What were you people doing in there?
Oh, and the lovely gentleman at the window, after handing me my tea (which was a pitiful excuse for sweet tea) lost hold of a straw or whatever and actually said «oh shit!» with the window open. UHM… excuse you? Yes, I am a young adult, yes I cuss, but NO I don’t want to hear someone who is working cuss ever. That is so unprofessional. It doesn’t matter that it is fast food.

Went there last night and my Mom and I both ordered Big Macs, the buns were stale and the fries were undercooked, not only did we have to throw our food out, to top it off, my mother and I both have food poisoning from the little bit we ate! Neither one of us have been able to eat at all! Shame on you guys for serving food like that!

I have eaten breakfast here almost every morning before work for the past 10 months. I always get OJ, oatmeal or burrito, and «Senior» coffee. I went yesterday and they had raised the price of the senior coffee from 70 cents to $ 1.00. That’s too darn much of an increase. I guess I will have to start going to the one up in Lancaster near my home before work. They still charge only 70 cents.

I would love to be able to drink my coffee without getting a blister on my lip from what it seems like basically being boiled on an effin stove… idiots!

This is the second time I have been here today… I was hoping for some amount of a redeaming factor. But there was none.

Plenty of room for improvement on the vibe here (not to mention the food). Sorry, McDonald’s, I’m not loving it.
