What a great place to get your car fixed and custom jobs. So my sister had a fender bender in my new eclass, (I know) I was devastated. I brought my car in here and they were professional and courteous. When I was there I noticed they were doing some real good jobs with some classics in restoring them. So when I went to pick up my car it was detailed for me and looked just like new. Couldn’t even tell there was prior damage. Thank you Palmdale unibody.

I came here based on the 5 star reviews, and this place really lived up to expectations. The door of my brand new 2016 Golf R had been recently dented by my girlfriend accidentally backing up into it with her car. Noro and his team replaced the door and perfectly blended the paint so you can’t even tell there was anything wrong with it. He even ran a full diagnostic check to make sure everything was in working order and even had the car cleaned and detailed. So the car even smelled brand new when i picked it up! Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this place. Thanks again to Noro and his entire staff!

FIRST OFF, words are not enough to express my humble gratitude for what Noro/“Nick” and his team have done for me and my car after a very unfortunate accident (being broadsided from someone making an illegal U-​Turn). The right side of my baby was completely smashed!
When I first came in to inquire and get an estimate, I was greeted with warm hospitality, understanding, professionalism, and empathy especially during such a difficult situation – emotions and frustrations being so elevated at the time. Thankfully, Noro constantly reassured me that my car would be in great hands… (Which it was)
Throughout the entire process, I was constantly notified throughout the car’s progression, and Noro took care of dealing with the insurance and rental car company for me, making the transitions as smooth as possible.
If you’re ever involved in an accident, most insurance companies will suggest a «preferred auto body shop» by them, but I do not recommend their shops because those auto shops work WITH the insurance, therefore potentially ripping off the customer and doing a «half-a**-job» with shortcuts so both parties can get a share of the pie. So if you’re doing your homework, I’m glad you’re reading this review. Always choose your OWN preferred shop with someone you trust.
And as Noro stated to me, «I don’t work for the insurance companies. I work for my customers.»

So I hit a coyote… BIG DEAL RIGHT!!! I thought that the damages were minimal, and yes i checked and the coyote died instantly. However, it caused close to $ 5,000 in damages. Well, back to Noro i go, who is Geico approved. The initial estimate was Geico low-​balled. However, Noro made sure that all damages were assessed via a supplemental inspection. I just got my 2016 PILOT back exactly how i received it from the dealer. Thanks Noro!!! Fellow Unilocalers please remember that great ratings are never wrong, this is the place to go!!!

Some lady crashed into my car, heads on. So I remembered that my friend had a accident not to long ago so he recommended unibody to me. I went there and the guy took care of everything, he called the insurances and gave me a rental car. He fixed my car in less than a week. The car came out like new and I’m so happy about it, because I was so sad and didn’t know what to do when the accident happened. So I do recommend this shop

I’ll make this as quick as possible. I took my vehicle to Palmdale Uni-​Body and Paint, a friend recommended this place so i decided to try it out do to the recommendation. It was quite the distance from my home but needless to say it was well worth it.
I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and we made arrangements to meet at his shop the following day. I was greeted by «Nick» when i arrived. I explain what i needed/​wanted and he gave me his input and ideas. Which i took into consideration because he seem very professional in other words he seemed like he knew what he was doing.
My concern was going into a situation and being taken advantage for the lack of knowledge i have for cars being a female and all. (Lol) Nick was very professional about his job, told me the truth (which is hard to fine) and gave me a very, very affordable price. I was very comfortable, and felt like i could trust him enough to do the job right.
After a couple of days (four days to be exacted) i got my car back and i was not disappointed. It looked brand new, i was very please with my decision. :) i wanna give a great Thank You to Mr. Nick for being patient and for giving me an awesome deal. I drive this thing with pride ;)

It took me 2 weeks to find a shop after my accident. I went to 6 shops including one in the valley. The reason it took so long is because I couldnt find a shop I was comfortable with until I drove into Palmdale UniBody. My 1^st impression was good. Nice big clean shop. (cleanliness and order in ones work place says alot about quality of one’s work.) Noro assured me my car was in good hands. I felt comfortable leaving my car with them. Got my car back and before I say more let me tell you that I am extremely detail oriented. Nice way to say picky… WOW!!! My car came out perfect!!! Well sorry I took my vehicle to a different place n the took care of it. They did not treat my the way you treat me the heard me, saw what I pointed out to them and they have the ball rolling with my n the other insurances company with out the attitude.

I was referred to Palmdale Uni-​Body and Paint and I was very happy with the experience. The service was amazing and they left my car looking like new. They kept me updated with the progress and communicated with my insurance company to make it as convenient as possible for me. My car has very detailed pinstripes and they even left the pinstripes looking like new. I would recommend Palmdale Uni-​Body and Paint to all of my family and friends and they will be my first choice for all auto body work!

Palmdale Uni-​body and Paint is unlike any other autobody shop in the Antelope Valley. Not only do they offer the most fair prices, they also have exceptional customer service. Nick, the owner’s son, runs the shop in a very professional manner. After having my car dented in a very unfortunate event, it was such a relief to have such a reputable shop take care of my car. Had some random damage on my three week old new car. Could have been some crap in the road, nonetheless it left a solid mark and busted the paint. Shopped around, called Palmdale Uni Body/​Paint– Dude got me in that same day, gave me a decent quote. Ended up going through my auto insurance. The shop worked great with the claim adjustor and my car was fixed quickly. Noro was chill, easy to talk to, and his team did a kick@ss job. Definitely would go back if needed on any of my cars and would recommend anyone to them. Thanks man!

I got into a fender bender last night — it was 9pm and we wanted to find an autobody shop to get a quote. Palmdale was the only one that answered the call and we emailed him a pic of the damage and got a nice quote asap. Given the prompt attention to the matter, I’m looking into going to him to get the job done!
