I walked in on a Tuesday morning around 8:30 with my friend. We needed both of our cars repaired. The lady that was working in the farthest desk possible didn’t even get up to welcome us. I asked if we could get an estimate for both of our cars and she asked if we have an appointment. I said, «No, do we need one?» She said, «Yes, we are understaffed this week and it’s by appointment only.» She didn’t even try to set an appointment up. She just didn’t care. I hope she is the owner making executive decisions like that. Very disappointed. Will never go back or recommend.

This review is for Telesis Collision Center. I am so pleased with the repairs they did on my car. Their attention to detail and getting the job done right the first time is beyond compare. I was in an accident and my car needed some TLC. Greg and his staff not only fixed everything they detailed the car and the engine compartment. To say my car looks brand new is an understatement. I received text messages through out the process letting me know how far along they were. All phone calls were taken and I knew exactly what the status was. In addition they handled all the insurance stuff so all I had to do was smile and enjoy my car. Thank you Greg and your staff. You have a customer for life.

I am extremely satisfied with the repairs that were done to my SUV. You guys went above and beyond what needed to get done and I really appreciate it.

I’m resubmitting my 5 star review of Telesis because I just found it listed in the «not recommended» section. After researching Unilocal,I could not find an answer as to why my review was placed in the «not recommended» section other than software automatically picks which reviews are posted as «recommended.»
I felt it was necessary to resubmit the review since I was totally satisfied with the work performed:
I’m not sure which Geoff, Christina spoke to, but I felt compelled to write this review after reading hers. And I might add that I have never written a review for any company in my life!
I am retired after thirty-​seven years in law enforcement from one of the largest agencies in Southern California. And I have a great deal of experience when it comes to dealing with the public.
A few weeks ago I took my son’s 1965 Mustang to Telesis and spoke to Geoff, one of the owners. The car was my son’s very first car. My goal was to restore my son’s car and give it to him as a surprise. At this point in the restoration, I had already spent well over my budget. My original plan was just to get the car in running condition. After the mechanical portion was completed and the car was in fine running condition, I thought I would get estimates on minor body work and paint. I was very discouraged after getting several outrageous estimates that were extremely over my original budget. I was surprised, to say the least, after hearing Geoff’s estimate.
I decided to go with Telesis and it has been without a doubt the best experience that I could have. The owners, Geoff and Greg, and all the staff, especially Brook and her husband Jeff, have been exceptional in their commitment to customer satisfaction.
During the process, I have stopped in to see my son’s car, carefully being restored to almost a showroom condition. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work being performed.
Greg has a passion for car restoration and it is obvious in his detail of excellence.
As I said earlier, I have never written a review before, but if anyone reading this is thinking about completing a project car or just starting a project, I highly recommend Telesis!

I took my truck there about 1 year ago because I was involved in a traffic collision and the side of my bed was damaged. They took the truck in and said they’d replace the side of the bed.
Got the truck back a week later. As soon as I got the truck back, I noticed 2 deep scratches on another part of my bed where it appears they took a screwdriver and used it to pry off the old bed piece. If that wasn’t bad enough, it appeared as if they took touch-​up paint and attempted to cover up the scratches (didn’t work, just painted the scratches white). (I’m going to try to post a picture of this). I also found numerous places that were left unpainted. I brought it to Geoff’s attention and was treated horribly. Given every run-​around imaginable, and had to sit there and argue with him to get him to take the truck back and fix the damage his business did to my truck.
I finally got the truck back a couple days later. Everything appeared to be fine, until a year later when I’m attempting to trade the truck in for a new truck. I’ve had dealers review my truck and pointed out flaws in the repair Telesis did: The body panels don’t line up, the tail light doesn’t sit properly in the bed of the truck and doesn’t line up with the body panel, and there are multiple unpainted surfaces.

I have never used this place but I do send friends there for paint jobs and collision repairs. Every person who has had a vehicle repaired at Telesis has been 100% satisfied. In an industry that is being beaten to death by insurance companys who do not want to pay for proper repairs this place goes to bat for there customers. It’s not easy to find a place that puts in 100%, Telesis is one of the few left if you want your vehicle repaired right the first time. Good job Telesis!

My wife’s car needed the hood painted; I had installed a new hood last year. I have always driven past Telesis and decided to stop in. The 07 Honda CRV is a well-​used car as a daily driver into the bowels of L.A. back and forth each day.
I asked for 3 quotes, 1 the hood to be painted (prime up to paint) as I waited too long and the original primer had seen better days. 2 I wanted the car to be «buffed out» and a 3 quote for a full repaint.
I received my quoted via e-​mail and I also looked for 2 more bids in this area like squirty’s who saw the car but after several phone calls and nothing in my e-​mail in box I gave up on them, then the old burgess auto body, this guy was on way too much coffee the morning I came thru after telling him what I wanted he wanted to tell me what he could not due. I had to thank him and walk away.
We scheduled a date and I dropped the car off, it wasn’t two day’s and the call came in to pick up the car. I walked right past the car on my way into the front door. When the lady said it was just outside I had to turn and catch myself. That’s my car? Yes you’re ready to go. This car looked so new ! ! It even looked like they refinished the WHOLE car ! I had asked for a quote to buff out old paint and it looked like they did just that. I thought walking back in to sign for the car that they misunderstood me about the «Hood Only» and nothing else please.
WOW was I surprised as it price was just paint the hood. The lady explained it’s not good business to give you back a car that looks bad. I thanked them ALL for a great job ! ! Once inside the car, it was spotless ! ! I was so happy :)
As I know you will be happy ! Now don’t get mad for the only 4 stars as my update in a year will be the test of their painter and this is just my first impression Thanks again Gary

This is the BEST auto body shop in the Los Angeles-​Palmdale area! We had just minor damage to our car and did not want to file an insurance claim. They got us a free rental car for the day and our car was repaired in record time. We were impressed at the quality of workmanship and how clean our car was. we had an outstanding experience with the owners and highly recommend Telesis Collision Center!
