RUN!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would give zero stars but unfortunately we have to rate with at least one. This place is a rip off. My mother was a patient. The Doctor and her husband «The accountant» or whatever he is titled are both untrustworthy and have ZERO WORK ETHICS. My poor mom was misinformed on two of her front teeth when they treatment planned crowns.
HORRIBLE OFFICE, POOR EVERYTHING FULL CIRCLE. BEWARE.

I wish I could give –5 star! This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. The dentist has no respect for her patients and is so rude. My 15-​year-​old daughter was to have x-​rays to see if her wisdom teeth needed to be pulled and fillings filled the dentist told my daughter that she could not do both and that she needed to choose which one she wanted done when my daughter said I don’t know I need to talk to mom the dentist asked her why she needed to talk to me it was her mouth and she needed to make her own choice When I went back there after my daughter text me and asked the dentist what she would be doing she started yelling at me stating that I was not going to dictate what she was going to be doing to my daughter. needless to say I was not rude and I felt very disrespected so we left we will never go back I do not recommend anyone going to the dentist!

I had the most nicest and helpful experience with this dental office at Palmdale, Ca… especially with the staff. Shana was one of the staff who helped me get my other teeth done temporarily, which needed major fix-​up, even though I had a problem with my insurance… at least for the time being until I’m able to afford it. My insurance doesn’t cover root canal problem… apparently…Which sucks! Anyways, to make my statement short; Shana was the best! I wish there are more people like her, because she understands my situation and struggles. Sure there are a lot of people who are struggling, but most people have helped from their relatives who are well-​off. Unfortunately, some of us don’t have that privilege and we have to work twice as hard to make the ends meet. Also, with having a family… it’s even harder. I’m a parent who goes to school and trying to find a job. In conclusion, «Shout Out To Shana» Thanks girl for all your help!

This place deserves no stars! I came in here for a check up they cleaned my teeth and the asian ***** was beyond brutal! I was in so much pain in what felt forever she was poking at my teeth so roughly and and hurting my gums. I had never felt so uncomfortable in my life! Even her assistant was talking smack about her telling me her past patients tell her how bad of a dentist she is in her face. I left that place so mad she poked my teeth and made me bleed! I will never return there again.

I’m sorry, but giving a star is not what I want to do. This dental office deserves no stars. This is my 3^rd time at this location and not once has the doctor ever told me to wait in the waiting room while she works on my 7yr old. Today she told me to wait outside in the waiting area because she doesn’t need a supervisor watching her. I was so taken back by this that I was speechless. She then told me to go read the door because there is a printed note at the door. I told my daughter that I’m sorry but we will have to leave and find another doctor. Never once have I been told to wait outside in the waiting area while one works on my child. My son is 15 and never have I been told this. Her approach and demeanor could have been professional from the start. She could have told me,“I’m sorry mam but you have to wait outside.” No that wasn’t the case. By saying I don’t need a supervisor behind my back is very un-​called for. This dental office is not child friendly so I suggest one to not consider this place for your child. Belittling people is unprofessional and should not be tolerated.
