U Savon Tires & Auto Repair

We were heading up the 14, minding our own business when our serpentine belt snapped and refused to serpentine. Which means our truck refused to truck and we had to find a shop to help. We found these guys on Unilocal and they are the nicest guys in town. We went to eat, came back, and the belt was replaced. Thanks for saving our vacation.

This is the second time and second car I take to sam… Honest, Good customer service, and good prices

I stopped going to mechanics years ago and only use the dealers, because I’m so tired of being ripped off. I didn’t think there was an honest mechanic out there! I figured at least with the dealer I get the right parts. The only problem is dealers are always backed up and can’t get to your car sometimes for weeks. I use my vehicle for work and cannot afford for it to be down. I found Sam here on Unilocal and saw all the good reviews so I gave him a try. I’m completely satisfied with the quality of work. He is fast and honest! My car has never run better! I will never go back to the dealer these guys are great! They never want to fix things that aren’t needed only what has to be done! What a relief to finally find a mechanic that is honest! Great job Sam!

I was referred to this shop by a good friend to ask for Sam when I moved to the antelope valley area. Finding a trustworthy mechanic shop is probably one of the most important parts of moving into a new area.
I’ve been to this shop multiple times now and Sam always takes care of his clients the best because he gives the best customer service. Always friendly and never turns away small issues that you need help with. Just today I stopped by needing help with my rear view mirror. Sam came to check it out, and got the mirror to work great in just few minutes. You are always treated with respect here and you don’t have to go asking to get someone’s attention. The technicians do a great job as well and are friendly. They also do other services like exhaust/​muffler installation, along with rims and suspension. Just your stop for almost anything mechanical wise.

Over the weekend U Savon did a phenomenal job in replacing my rotors and brake pads on my 2009 Nissan Altima Coupe. They gave me a great deal compared to what I researched online and again like always provided the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Sam took care of me and communicated every thing that they were doing and also gave me a few lessons on how the parts worked and why things happen the way they happen.

Sam never fails to take care of his clients. Needed a smog test to be done in one of my cars. A lot of shops provide the service but not the CUSTOMER service you get here. That’s the big difference between U Savon and any other shops I’ve been to. You are always taken care of and everyone treats you with respect. It also helps the fact that they actually KNOW what they’re talking about unlike some shops I had been previously.
Will be coming here in the near future for some brake work in one of my cars. Definitely recommended.

To sum it up, I have been taken care of here. My only gripe is twice my tires on my Dodge Charger have been overinflated. The sticker says 32psi and when I check them afterwards they are 37−38psi. I carry my own compressor and gauge in my car so I keep a closer eye on this more than most.
This is one of the rare places where you can bring in your own filter and oil. I always have a rotation done on the tires as well. This may be my own fault, but I was outside almost the whole time the car was on the jack, and I never saw the tires off even when they use the jack on the stand to elevate the car enough to perform this work at face level.
After using my own oil and filter, and have the rotation done my bill comes out to $ 45. Since I like to check their work I have to complement them on getting the oil perfectly on the upper safe zone mark every time.
Having an appointment is important, but they don’t mind too much if your late or early. They have always gotten me in there when I arrive and they promptly start work.
Only ever having done the oil change and tire rotation here I can’t vouch for their other work, but they always seem busy and eager to help anyone who asks.

Highly recommended by family members who found this place on Unilocal. So we finally had a troubled car and had it towed here. Sam and his guys were so helpful. Instead of a high repair bill (into thousands), they were honest and let us know options, since the car was not worth repairing with so much leaks, and replacing parts.
We definitely found a place that will be honest, will not rip you off (especially being a house full of females).

I cant even express my gratitude for Sam and his team. Not only did they help me in a crisis situation but did it in a amazing amount of time without all the extra chargers other places would have charged me.

These guys deserve the five stars. Did not expect quality work out here in the AV. But they delivered. Had coilovers, aftermarket foglights and rims installed for the car. They set time frame for the installation and they finished it before then. Coilover installation was clean, no scratches found on the rims, wiring for the foglights were properly hidden. Just clean, quality work. Price is reasonable. Worked with Chris and the owner Sammy. Will definitely come back for more of my car upgrades.

I came here to get a tire fixed and after waiting for 10 minutes for the entire process to take place, I was fully informed of so may options for help with purchases for new wheels.
These guys are honest, fast and I now know who to go to for all my future auto needs.

The hassle of finding a trustworthy, affordable and reliable vehicle mechanic is usually very time consuming and usually leaves you with a «I got ripped off feeling»
But for me that was not the case, I took one of my vehicles for a break service and oil change. Prices were straight forward and reasonable.
I was told exactly what was going to get done and how long it would take. I was also quickly notified when two issues came up. One being my fault for not having the key for my rim locks, and Two, the brake replacement pads. Sammy took the time to explain and gave me a time line of when the parts would arrive.
The service was phenomenal.
I would walk to the service area and the mechanics wouldn’t whisper as I have encountered in the past in other locations (including Jiffy Lube) no hint of shady work or poor work ethics. I was greeted by pretty much every mechanic during my waiting period. Like if they knew me.
The waiting office was by far the cleanest and most professional looking office I’ve ever seen. No half naked women posters to be seen. And a lot information material to read, I left this establishment knowing more about my car than when I left my dealership.
The team of mechanics and leadership is one of the best I’ve have ever dealt with.
And I want to give special thanks to the mechanic that took my car in. «Semi Mohawk» dude, I didn’t catch his name. Great attitude, great service.

Came in today after getting ripped off at jiffy lube in the rear stay away from jiffy lube bunch if scammers they want it to charge me 200 plus for front brakes i refused and went to us savon tires and mufflers i was seen right away they checked my brakes and told me that my brakes are still good at 80% wow jiffy lube was trying to get me .
Long story short i did not need brakes savon auto was honest and not charge me a penny to check my brakes definitely from now on I will be coming back here good service and honest people.

HANS-​DOWN THE BEST PLACE TO GO TO!!! For years we went to a «famous oil change» company and we were tired of them always trying to sell us with extra stuff even though our cars didn’t need it and they just pushed us they would even get mad if we wouldn’t purchase that extra stuff our cars didn’t need. I decided to Unilocal a place and I could say we love going to this place! first we did our F-​150 and we were very very happy with the job that was done, so couple weeks later we took in hybrid Camry! if you’re tired of getting ripped off and you want to deal with a professional business please just turn right around the corner of that one «famous oil change» company and go check out this place everybody in U-​Savon has excellent customer service! very professional! we highly recommend it!

Okay, Totally Awesome! I found some 5 star ratings and took my car there the first time about 2 months ago. I was a little hesitant to post a five star review just because of 2 experiences. I have now brought my car in 3x. He found an oil leak and fixed it (it was just a bad drain cap $ 5) oil change while he was at it, he also checked everything out and replaced filters. Before that I had cracked my exhaust manifold. He could have charged me $ 600 for it, but instead, Sammy asked me if I wanted it welded and I could knock off a 0. I love my car and now I have brought in my Step Dad, Mom, Wife and Father, all to his place. It is out of the way, but soooooo worth it!

Went in to get a smog done on my 2004 Honda Civic. Called ahead to get a quote and they told me if I brought it in right now they could get it done right now.
Well, I went there and they got it done right away. Everyone who was working there was very nice and respectful. Sammy (the owner) was even kind enough to ask if I wanted to watch them do the smog and I did.
That’s the type of service we expect and need more now a days from mechanics and auto shops. All in all great experience. I was literally in and out in 15 minutes. Good way to start the day.
