Musik Haus is a recreational piano studio located in Palmyra, NJ, offering private instruction in jazz and classical piano for students of all ages and levels. Co-​founders and instructors Mark and Kathryn Brown have over fifteen years of performing and teaching experience and believe that music can, and should, be both fun and educational.

History

Established in 2007.

Founded in the spring of 2007, Musik Haus Studios offers piano, guitar and voice lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

Meet the Business Owner

Kathryn B.

Business Owner

Originally from Mt. Holly, New Jersey, graduated from Lebanon Valley College with B.S. in Music Education and B.A. in Music with Piano Performance Concentration. Kathryn was accepted to study music at Anglia Ruskin Polytechnic in Cambridge, England. She has studied for 15 years with Mrs. Judith Walter, and Dr. Dennis Sweigart.

Kathryn has worked as a soloist and accompanist, playing everything from Bach to Broadway. In 2004, she made her orchestral debut performing Shostakovich’s Piano Concerto Op. 102 No. 1. Locally, she has worked with numerous organizations such as Haddonfield Plays and Players, Burlington County Community Arts Foundation, Tzigane Arts Productions, The Road Company, and Circle of Friends.

In addition to music, Kathryn also trains and performs as an aerialist. She currently teaches aerial arts through her company Avante Aerials.
