Craig Greene, Event Coordinator

Craig was outstanding in handling the event by overseeing all the details. He was energetic and enjoyable to work with. This is the second event in which I was able to utilize his services. Things moved along smoothly and he was even able to handle an unfortunate situation concerning a health related issue without disturbing the whole party
I would recommend him highly to anyone. It was by far the most enjoyable party I had not had to oversee and, instead, enjoy myself.

Good Heavens! Where do I start? I hired Craig (and his colleague, Pete) to manage a party I was giving for 70 people. I had already arranged for the food to be delivered– although had I known at the time that Craig would have taken care of that I would have left that to him as well. Craig and his colleague arrived promptly (one hour before the party was to start). I was frazzled and had not dressed for the party yet. Craig took my hand, told me to take a deep breath, and reassured me he would take care of everything. And boy did he! When the food arrived, and there was a ton of food, Craig quickly separated the hor’s d’oeurves from the subsequent courses, which he kept warm until dinner was served 3 hours later. The hor’s d’oeurves had arrived discombobulated– Craig and Pete elegantly re-​arranged them and presented them beautifully to the guests. They needed no direction from me– they knew exactly what to do and made it happen. As guests began to pour through the front door, they were immediately served champagne and ushered into the house. They kept the guests’ glasses full at all times. I couldn’t believe how smoothly things went! Craig is an utterly delightful human being. He is amazingly organized, calm, efficient, and entertaining to boot. All my guests asked me where in the world I had found him! It felt as though I was a guest at my own party. I didn’t have to attend to ANYTHING. Craig had it all handled. I walked into the kitchen a few hours later to find Pete teaching an adorable 7-​yr-​old guest (the party was mostly adults) how to hip hop. She was laughing hysterically. I had so much fun at the party, not having to worry about how things were going or whether the next course was going to be on time or whether people were getting enough to eat and drink. After the last guest had left (it was a 7-​hour party!), I walked into the kitchen which was sparkling clean, with everything carefully put away back in its place. I was simply astonished. WHAT A FIND!!! I’d give him 10 stars if I could! He will cater every party I give from now on until the day I die. I LOVED him. My guests LOVED him. The party was a huge success because of him!
