History

Established in 1981.

Douce France, Inc. was established in 1981 by two young French bakers who had just arrived from Europe. The name «Douce» means soft or sweet. Douce France bakery has built its name and reputation in the San Francisco Bay area with a traditional French European baking style.

The quest for the finest ingredients to be used in our recipes is a constant guarantee of the high quality of our products.
