Jamba Juice

Super messy, there was trash everywhere bad costumer service, the girls had such a bad attitude I didn’t get a single smile and drinks tasted HORRIBLE.

Probably the worst Jamba Location in The Bay Area! For one you don’t get the FRESH fruity Smell and feeling you get at other locations. It’s very warm and dark in the location and doesn’t smell at all like your usual Jamba Juice. Second the girl at the counter Tall brown haired girl working around 130pm no name tag looked like she had just lost her BFF sad moody and irritated Jeeeeze we all have to work honey Perk it Up booboo !! They’re registers were down and it seems to me so was their AC or air. Cuz it was warm and humid and again fresh smelling was NOT what I smelled. I placed both my orders. There was another girl who came out to help they seemed to be chit chatting and I think they are related to the slowskis the turtle family, my sandwich was burned, and again ms. Tall brunette was anything but trained in customer service I don’t think she’s smiled a day in her life haha. The line was to the door and it didn’t seem to make them move any faster or even attempt to acknowledge that some of the people may be on lunch and pressed for time. My smoothie was good but my sandwich tastes kinda stale or old just not fresh. This is a let down because I know I will have to be back since I work super close. Hey MANAGER put on an AC for your employees quit being cheap maybe it will make them move a lol quicker and make the place smell better! 2 stars since my smoothie was ok

When I walked in the workers greeted me with great smiles ! I ordered the new pumpkin almond milk smoothie and it was good!

i saw them make my new smoothie on top of an old one that had been sitting there for god knows how long. tf? not really sure why our cashier lady (nice hickey, btw) encouraged the drink maker to do that. not impressed.

Store closes 8pm. Can’t make a drink at 7pm because they had to was the machines to get ready to close. Wtf???

the morning crew sucks. they never open on time. i been there 3 times at 7:32 and they dont open till 7:50 when they should be ready and open at 7:30

I only come here because of its proximity to my office. The workers here are often rude, slow, and talk a lot on the job. Sometimes I think social hour is more important than working. Not a lot of efficiency here.

I got a Razzmatazz here and it was gross. It was syrupy and way too sweet. I wonder if the person who made it even used any measurements. The sugar was over powering. Yuck! I threw it away after two sips.

I really like that Jamba Juice has steel cut oats for breakfast — such a quick and healthy on-​the go option. However, I always leave this Jamba Juice location feeling stressed. The staff seems frazzled, and always apologizing for how frazzled they are (‘Sorry for the wait! I’m still waking up and we had a big rush!’ ‘Sorry, we’re out of all those ingredients!’)… I feel bad for them! But I also really dislike going in here because I don’t want to hear the same story every time and I am disappointed when I can’t get what I want. EVERY time I go in, they are out of something. Almonds, chocolate, coconut, acai… it just seems weird that their inventory is not properly stocked.

The smoothie quality can’t be contested for a chain level. However, what brings this place down is in fact service.
I’ve been lucky and haven’t had as bad a horror story. But I was ignored for maybe a couple minutes. People were nice when I was finally acknowledged. Although communication could be worked on; one of the guys behind the counter offered to make my smoothie to speed things up, but the girl at the register almost charged me twice…
I’ve only come twice, but the second visit this place had stock issues — most of the fruits were out they hour so they couldn’t serve 80% of their smoothies. They said this with a written paper sign on the door. That implies you can still make 20%, but when people opened the door they immediately shooed them out. Honestly, if you’re going to do that just lock the door. Common sense people…

Worse jamba ever, the staff doesn’t know how to make the drinks me and my bf went here today first all the light where off idk y maybe the staff wanted people to think they where closed I asked the girl and she was like ooooo idk second they where out of stuff they and they dnt know how to make a piña colada they asked me like hello I’m the customer u work here then she goes where out strawberries for the yogurt thing my bc was ordering I was like omg we just walked out I would be embarrassed to work there should have no stars rude and don’t know what their doing

Horrible customer service! Location is supposed to close at 7pm! We walk in at 6:45 and the they’re half way done cleaning and she says there closed!!! I suggest you change your hours to say closes at 6pm not 7pm! How annoying!!!

Worst customer service ever.
To be clear, the first gentleman that helped me was actually very nice and engaging. However, there were two other employees yelling at each other the entire time I was there. One of them seemed to be a manager or supervisor, as she wore a black Polo different from the others. Anyway, she was the rudest. Doing the most yelling. I dropped my drink and had to go back to purchase another. When I walked in she was yelling at one of the guys then asked what I wanted. No smile, no hi. Nothing. Zero personality or basic human skills. Corporate needs to do something about the people they’re hiring.

I only gave one star because no stars wasn’t an option. What are the hours here? The ones that are displayed on the door are clearly not correct. I’ve come here at 6:30 and they’re closed. Ghost town. Have come in the morning after 7 they’re closed.

Not a very visible location for a Jamba Juice but Im just glad its here since there arent alot of places in the area (EPA and PA) I think the closest one is ECR at Embarcadero. Anyways, yeah, its hidden and you have to be a real fan to know this place is here. Its next to a bar and grill at the back end of the Home Depot lot. But I do think its doing enough brisk business here and I dont know if the management/​owner knows what they are doing with this place. Yeah, it seems kids run it yeah you folks have to remember this is a minimum wage type of business. No scholars work here. It is what it is so you have to be patient when patronizing this place. For ex; one of the other times Ive been there the crew was busy unloading the supplies from one of their own cars and NOT a delivery truck? They all seemed content on leaving the front counter un-​attended and would rather haul supplies in rather than start waiting on customers that are coming in?
I dont know what happened there and the lead person was a female AA girl that was content on NOT paying attention to the fact that there was a line forming to buy their product! There was one young dude that seemed to care to stop what he was doing and start serving the customers that came in. He took the orders and started making the shakes by himself with nobody else helping him. The other crew members were all too happy bringing boxes in instead of quickly help the line to go down first?
Yeah, I’d like to confirm also the others complaint about this location seems to run out of stuff to make. They couldnt make me a strawberries wild but could make the strawberry blast which I didntl ike but was forced to take instead. Oh well.
This isnt rocket science.
Owner should establish clear SOP’s for this place. And that serving the customer should always be the main goal first and tend to their orders first.
Luckily for them, theres still alot of die-​hard Jamba fans out there and are willing to overlook deficiency’s for now but not if they kept this up.
Jamba Juice is not as popular as it used to be as it is alot more expensive now as a treat.
Standards should be raised if Jamba wants to keep their working venue.
Right now, this location is consistently sub-​standard. This location needs a good manager.

Whoa, bad customer service. The cashier didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t say hi when I said hello and smiled at her. I honestly didn’t know if she wanted me to order because she stood there at the register looking around at everything but me. I was the only person here and standing right in front of her. She eventually looks up and just stared at me until I awkwardly went ahead.
No name tags, no mindfulness, no care in the world. I get more meaningful interactions from strangers on the street and I’m a CUSTOMER who is trying to engage the employee. Shouldn’t it be the other way around???

This location has low to NO energy… Aren’t they supposed to be perky? Who died. Maybe they need better AC so their employees can perk up.
Most employees don’t have name tags on. One is sweating balls, he doesn’t have a name tag. The tall girl is certainly tall and zero smiles. Doesn’t look capable.

Ordered 2 originals. They were both pretty empty. When asked how come they didn’t fill it up. They gave me some stupid excuse about the lid. Then the employee Jaylin grabs my cup out of my hand while I resisted. I let her have it but asked to give it back and not to grab things out of my hand again. wow that’s EPA for you. I will never come here again.
The bathrooms had no soap, seat covers, or paper towel. When I told Jaylin that she just laughed. hahaha

Crowded and loud loud music. Always go to Jamba Juice for my fresh squeezed orange juice, but for some reason my friend got a bigger cup than me. We ordered the same thing… Not docking any stars for that since it came out to the same amount, but weird. Register person wasn’t interactive. I asked a question out loud and he didn’t even respond… So much for your rewards program. Anyhow, I love my OJ.

I’m pretty picky when it comes to Jamba juice and how the drinks are blended. This location was definitly on point!
I got the Coldbuster (trying to prevent catching a cold!) The drink was not sour and the blend was perfectly smooth. I finished the drink so fast, the sixteen dod not stand a chance! Whenever i’m in the area and I want a smoothie, I will definitley make my way back!
