Although we specialize in high-​end homes, all of our properties get the same care and attention. We have many well-​cared for town homes and apartment buildings whose tenants are assured the same quick responses and attention to detail that our high-​end home tenants receive.

History

Established in 1993.

We were established in 1993 by Ginger Hummer. It was sold in 2008 and shortly thereafter the name was changed to Marbella Properties. Although Ginger has stayed on, the rest of the staff, as well as policies and procedures, have been completely changed to run more efficiently and effectively.

Carla has been involved in property management for over 20 years. She is experienced in all phases of residential property management. She has managed multi-​unit apartment and office complexes as well as very high-​end single family homes. She uses this experience to professionally manage her clients’ investments with honesty and integrity.
