Matt is an active investor and developer as well as a sales and marketing specialist. Matt grew up in Saratoga and attended Saint Francis High School before earning his BA at Seattle University.

Matt has extensive experience in design and planning, construction, marketing, contract negotiation and sales. With over 20 years combined experience in real estate acquisition, development, management and sales, Matt has worked closely with owners, developers, architects, designers, contractors and city planners. When he moved back to the Bay Area, he joined a well established real estate team and helped design, build and sell real estate for Windermere and RE/​MAX in Saratoga before moving to RE/​MAX Bay Area Properties West. Since his move, he has been Top 100 of U.S. based RE/​MAX real estate sales agents which makes him a top Agent/​Producer.

Matt has a degree from Seattle University in Communications with an emphasis in Negotiations; he also has a minor in Psychology with an emphasis in Sociology.

My name is Matt Zampella. I have lived in Saratoga since age 10. I graduated from Sacred Heart in Saratoga. Then I graduated from Saint Francis High in Mountain View. After high school, I moved to Seattle University graduating with a degree in Communications with a second emphasis in Sociology & Psychology.

After moving from a few companies, I settled at RE/​MAX Bay Area Properties West. With my years of hands on experience, our clients will be in the best of hands. I have built, managed, bought & sold commercial & residential properties for over 2 decades. I started a small real estate holding & management firm in Seattle; I moved that business to the Bay Area.

After I was married, my wife & I moved back to CA. I am meticulous insuring that my clients receive the best service & get the best advice in all aspects of real estate: design/​build, buying, selling, remodeling, and more; I provide a full service brokerage. My goal is to be the client’s real estate resource for life.
