With more than 200 dishes covering nearly every permutation of meat, seafood, vegetables, rice and noodles, Ming’s aims to please even the finickiest of appetites There are so many items to choose from that the menu can take longer to read than a chapter of «Ulysses». the restaurant itself is large-scale, too; it seats 5000 and is open 365 days a year, hosting special gourmet dinners, banquets and holiday extravaganzas
History
Established in 1956.
and originally located on El Camino Real. We moved to Embarcadero Road which was outside the three mile «Dry Zone» of Stanford University in the sixties. We are known for our Dim Sum, Ming’s Beef and Chinese Chicken Salad. We also have Peking Duck and plenty of large round tables to accommodate groups for lunch or dinner. Additionally we have private meeting and banquet space available. We do not close between lunch and dinner and are open every day of the week at 11am.
