We are a full service landscape contractor. We are experts in assisting our customers through the process of receiving rebates from the Water District for sprinkler upgrades, water conservation and lawn removal.

History

Established in 2000.

Modern Irrigation & Landscaping, formerly Peninsula Landscape Services, was founded by Greg Gatwood in 2000. Specializing in high quality landscape renovations, Modern Irrigation & Landscaping is a certified Irrigation Auditor. All efforts are to save the home owner or business owner water and money. We use proven irrigation principles, developed by Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and the Irrigation Association, such as smart controllers, tech-​line and high efficiency nozzles to make your landscape healthy and sustainable.

Business Owner

Greg Gatwood has been in the landscaping business since 1985. His favorite plants are succulents and dwarf citrus. He is often found in the yard building some kind of nutty contraption to feature a new or exciting plant.
