A massage therapist and yoga teacher for nearly a decade, I created Rejuv At Work to help individuals and companies stay healthy, happy, and productive int their work environment. We offer high quality Massage (at your desk, chair, and table), Massage Workshops, Yoga, Meditation, and other fitness and movement classes for Silicon Valley and Bay Area companies.

Serge and his team are top notch. I was fortunate enough to get booked by a few of the other team mates and all of them were gentle and made sure that my time was not wasted. Special shot out to Sidney, she is the master of mat massage and because of her we have mat massage available which is unusual for a lot of other practices. Recommend, recommend, recommend!

I was so delighted and lucky to be referred to Serge by a colleague from work. Since last year, I have had several massages, two of which were after major races, and he has never disappointed. Serge is calming, warm, attentive, and conscientious in his practice. He asks thoughtful questions before beginning his practice, and he is responsive to the needs of me as a client. He has also been very accommodating in terms of scheduling, especially as I prefer to come in the evenings or on weekends. I’ve had deep tissue and relaxing massage from Serge, and I literally would not go anywhere else. Combining meditative practices and conscientious work, he is awesome! I recommend him to anyone who asks!

Serge teaches a weekly yoga class at the school I work at, and I make a huge effort to never skip. It’s always a wonderful and relaxing experience. Serge is sweet, helpful and extremely professional, he’s just a great instructor. He’s also very accommodating, especially if you have a specific area you want to work on. His classes are pretty challenging, but he helps by making gentle adjustments when needed, and he always keeps it fresh. I’ve noticed huge improvements in my balance, flexibility and over-​all strength since I began his yoga classes. The best part is he throws in a bit of massage at the end just to make it all the better. I always leave his yoga class feeling taller, happier, and more in sync with my body. I feel as if I’ve tricked my body into a fantastic workout, what could be better than that!

Serge and his team are incredible! My company hires Rejuv At Work and it is literally the greatest thing on Earth. Serge is always incredibly attentive and knowledgeable — providing detailed explanations as he eases and soothes your sore muscles. He has been incredible with highlighting my problematic posture, and has even followed-​up with me through email to ensure I’m feeling better.

I’m a teacher in the Bay Area and had Serge come in to work with some of my teenage students. He taught them the principles of massage and instructed them on how to give massage. The kids loved his gentle approach and his insight. Serge was super accommodating and very helpful and I highly recommend him as an instructor and as a massage therapist (have had several massages by Serge and they are the best I’ve every had!). Serge is fantastic, has great techniques to help release the tight muscles. He has a real calm demeanor which helps heaps. He’s also a wonderful person to work with. I’ve worked with him at few Stanford events. I can see the people he’s worked on alwyays end up leaving so relaxed. I’ve learned a few tricks of the trade from him.
