If you’re looking for proper grammar on the wall you have not found your place, but you have found a laugh. T4 always has a line these days, and charge a steep price because of how much they are loved. I prefer T4 as they have soy options, and let you pick how much ice and sugar you want — so if you’re a sweet gal who doesn’t like it too cold they’ve got you covered. The boba itself isn’t too firm, but a little bland in terms of flavor. Overall good establishment, be sure to gander at their wall art– it’ll give you a chuckle

This was my first time coming here, as I don’t live in the Palo Alto area and don’t come here often. We ordered the jasmine green tea w/boba, and it was at a pretty reasonable price. When I ordered, they did not ask for ice/sweetness level so I just assumed they did not offer those options, but after I ordered I looked at the menu again and saw that there were those options. I would have liked if they asked me when I ordered, because I prefer my drinks without ice and at a low sweetness level. Overall, this is just like any average boba place, nothing special. The setting is pretty cute and our orders came fast too. I will definitely keep this place in mind for the next time I visit this area.

As aforementioned, you are able to control sweetness as well as ice. The menu is extensive(usually this way with most boba places) but they have top choices you could subject yourself to. I ordered the«oolong tea with cream» as well as the added tapioca pearls. I usually don’t like the boba balls themselves but these were really good! Nice and chewy. I did 30% sweet but I believe that took away much of the flavor from the tea itself. It was a great pit stop after dinner but good luck with parking, you know how downtown Palo Alto gets!

Tea was good but way too sweet for my like. Prices are higher than other places, overall not too bad!

Honestly, great location in Palo Alto. I am not familiar with the city but it was easy to find. It’s very small, can get busy, but the dining room is extremely dirty! Newspapers left on tables, dirt/mud on the floor, trash left over from people who don’t know how to pick up after themselves, one staff to take line order and the wait is pretty long. Don’t get me wrong… who doesn’t love boba? Boba tea… Smoothies… Regular tea… Variety of drinks! Taste delicious! Just clean up the place please. Luckily, I still ordered in 90 degree weather. It’s just extremely dirty inside and hope it gets noticed soon as possible. Will I be a returning customer? Maybe. I came here for the Pace gallery and was thirsty after a long morning of walking.

Great boba spot! You can control sweetness and ice, so I got a matcha milk tea with boba. Giving them a 4 because my favorite ginger milk tea can only be served hot.

Being it’s available on Door Dash we order here and by far is my favorite next to I-Tea. Even if you don’t get one of their creamier drinks just a standard milk tea is good here. Right balance if tea flavor, sweetness is just right. Every milk tea place has different sweetness levels so when you order half sweet some places are more bland than others. This place does it right and the tea flavor is amazing because they use good tea. Would totally bring other people here.

While walking along University Ave, I stumbled upon T4 with a couple friends. The menu is large, like a lot of other boba places, which was a bit overwhelming, but I kept it simple and ordered a regular milk tea. The milk tea was fine — probably around the quality of tea era. From other reviews, it sounds like some of their more unique options are better, so I’ll have to try one next time!

There aren’t a lot of milk tea place to hang out with friends in PA but this one is my favorite. This place is bigger than the others in PA downtown and is right on University Ave. Service is quick and the place close late. Too bad they are not allowed to sell crispy chicken in this location. So if you are looking for the popcorn chicken with your milk tea, you are out of luck here. Egg puff is great though :)

3.5 It was my first time here and decided to try the caramel milk tea with boba. If you like the caramel iced coffee from McDonald’s or like caramel in general, I highly suggest getting this! Another unusual thing that I experienced was that they give a lot of boba here in your drinks. Unlike most places, I finish the boba first before finishing the drink. Here, I finished the drink before the boba!

I liked the place. I tried regular milk tea with pearls. I particularly liked how they give you option of controlling percentage of ice and sugar content you can add to your tea. It was not too less or too much sugar. Just the right amount. The place also has a cute décor. A thumbs up!

Great addition to the Palo Alto area. We stopped here after dinner. I never thought… people will be waiting in line for boba tea drinks after dinner… especially in Palo Alto. What? 10 years ago, there weren’t that many boba tea places and now there are many… finally there’s one in Palo Alto. I want to say, every town has boba drinks. haha… I stuck with a milk tea… that’s a standard drink everywhere. If they can’t make that well, I don’t know if I can trust the rest of the tea. Good to know, that the milk tea was good.

I’m giving this place a 4⁄5 because there aren’t many options in palo alto for boba. The winter melon tea is my go to drink. You can’t adjust the sweetness because it is pre-made already but it isn’t too sweet so I won’t complain. They have a lot of options on they menu so if you go with a group of people, they are sure to find something that they like. They are open until 11pm so thats also a plus. The decorations are strange so I usually just order and then go. Their service is super fast.

Disclaimer: This is the first boba I’ve had in America since I came back from Taiwan. My friends and I headed to T4, only because Gong Cha closes at 10pm(WHY!?) and T4 stays open until 11pm. The other T4s in Fremont are decent, so this can’t be bad right? Meh. The store is bright and really clean and has a good amount of chairs, so this is definitely a good place to hang out with friends.(Definitely bigger than the PA Gong Cha). I ordered the red bean milk tea, which was good– sweetness was perfect, and the red bean was a good substitute to boba(because I’m just not ready to eat American boba ;___;). My friend ordered a «safe» regular green milk tea with boba, but only 30% sweetness, and it tasted like water… A couple of my other friends’ drinks also tasted watered down, so overall my impression of this T4 is just average. If Gong Cha is open, you should go there instead.

We came here after we ate dinner since it was close by(walking distances from the restaurant we went to). I believe there’s street parking and a nearby garage so walking may or may not be required. lol The menu had quite a lot of options to choose from. I ordered a pearl milk tea($ 3.50) and waited a few minutes before it was ready. The interior was small and bright; in addition, the place looked clean to me. The pearl milk tea was good and pearls were soft and chewy. The staff here were nice and friendly. We sat at one of the tables and stayed for a while. The noise level wasn’t bad since there were only a few others there. This place was good for milk tea and I would come back if I was in the area.

Parking: lots of parking garage and street parking is available. During 8AM-5PM the limit is only 2 hours. After 5PM, there’s not limit. Even if you partk a few blocks down, it’s good to walk and see the sights. Refreshment: Taro Milk Tea with regular Boba. It’s nothing to brag about, but I love the not-so-sweet factor without asking for it. BOGO: get their t$ stamp card, for every 10 drinks, it’s a free SMALL size for you. LOL. It’s written out on their little window near the register, I guess a lot of folks have complained that the sizes were not specified. So hey-o! Free is the small size only. WiFi: yes, there is free WiFi if you don’t want to talk to your friends around the table with you. Restroom: Dude… you go down a hallway on your right, and then the rest room is on your right in the little alcove. It’s kinda embarrassing to leave T4 and have the employee of T-Mobile see you walking around with the measuring spoon key to the restroom, and they’re just there at the window watching you walk to and from in the hallway. ** it’s clean, but always stuffy in here. There are outside seatings, but if it’s cold like December, bundle up and get a warm drink :) people watching here is unique and one of my favorite spots to do so. Lots of drunk people will trip by: D no matter if it’s morning, noon or night ;)

Been here a couple of times with friends, and honestly, the drinks here are just alright to me… I love the color of the interior and the smell of all those teas altogether make the room smell so aromatic you can smell it from the outside… Anyway, the first time I went here, I ordered the Wintermelon with boba… it tasted ok, but nothing special at all… The next time I went, I ordered the Mango with sea salt cream and light boba… this drink was good, however I wished they were generous on topping the drink off with more sea salt cream… oh well… oh, and the boba was soft and chewy too… just how I like it… Again, this joint is just ok… it’s the only decent boba place I could think of to go to this side of PA…

Obligatory daily bubble tea hunting in the Greater SF area. T4 was the nearest bubble tea joint on my way to Stanford and dropped in for a cup of bubble tea. Mint green interior, T4 has a clean and fresh feel. The menu was quite extensive and I decided to go with the rose bubble tea. A hint of scented rose flavor, 30% sweetness, accompanied by nata jelly, refreshingly satisfying all at the same time. Outside sitting area, bathed in California sun in June, with a good book(at the time being The Picture of Dorian Gray). Life feels complete.

Decent bubble tea place in downtown Palo Alto Not a bad place for bubble tea! The place is pretty chill, with a bright, roomy interior. There are usually more seats than people, so there’s no problems finding a seat. The service is usually pretty fast, and the serve staff are pretty nice. The drinks themselves are also pretty good. The portions are ok, and the price is pretty good as well Overall, a pretty chill place for some bubble tea
